Overall great experience! efficient service, sent an inspection report before picking up the vehicle, did not feel pressured into addressing non-urgent or unnecessary vehicle issues, fair pricing.

I had a faulty oil filter installed at an oil change and my car was leaking oil. Greulich’s treated me with honesty and corrected the problem no charge. I have trusted this location over the years and they have never pushed unnecessary repairs on me and have always operated in honesty and integrity in my experience.

I thoroughly enjoy working with these guys. They do quality work and at a fair price. I love that they send photos to provide additional detail to the recommended service items, and they stand behind their work. My daughter went to them for a second opinion on a service issue and the Greulich’s team took the car for a road test and said there was nothing major wrong. High praise to a great local business. I’m. A big fan.

I have gone to this location for years and cannot recommend them enough. Various makes and models - from routine maintenance to a complete engine replacement. Their work is excellent, they care about the service they provide and strive to give value.

They do great work, on time with great customer service and reasonable prices. I've used them for a couple of my cars and have recommended them repeatedly.

Kirk and his team at Greulich's went above and beyond to diagnose my car issues. They not only took the time to find out what was causing my a/c and engine issues, but went above that. They researched my car and found that my car problems had to do with the car's manufacturer warranty/ recall.
Kirk was caring, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. Where other automotive repair shops would have given up, Gruelich's cared about me as a customer enough to try their hardest to find out where my car issues were coming from, solve them, and communicate with me along the way.

I went to Greulich's because my truck was misfiring. Spark Plugs. They did a diagnostic test. $169.
They called with a quote $570.
Tune up needed, change all hoses, fluids wirering.
I said only the Spark plugs.
I was charged $379.
The truck belongs to my son who is out of the country. When I told him where I took it he only wanted to replace the Spark plugs " because this place always rips you off.
HE WAS RIGHT. THE TRUCK IS JUST THE SAME AS WHEN I TOOK IT IN. $379 And NO DIFFERENCE..

Needed an oil change this week so I went online and tried to book an appointment at the dealership, saw that there was a 2-3 week wait as the Dealership (Phoenix, Courtesy) was fully booked. Thought If I walked-in early I could get the quick oil change service, so there I was at the dealership first in line at 7:00 a.m., and I was turned away for not having a reservation. Called this Greulich's shop in Scottsdale (Shea) looking to see if they could get me in the next day or this week, and was told they could see me that same day. Needless to say, the same day service was great and convenient if you work in the area. Thanks to Kurt for his excellent customer service skills.

Hello, the location on Shea and Scottsdale is great. From the counter, to the shop to the finished product it is just top notch...Kurt is the best manager I've ever experienced in the vehicle repair industry. I also knew him from his ownership days at Aamco where he was also OUTSTANDING!!
I am a native in the State and if you need automotive work you must start here at Gruelichs and Kurt, it will be a honest trustworthy fair priced top quality experience!!!
