Water heater went out on a Friday afternoon about 1:30. Inquired on Angie's List and Erica called within 10 minutes. She scheduled us for the same day with 3-7 PM window. Text confirmation. Received another text at 4:30 that "Glen" was en route with his pic. Glen showed up within 20 minutes. Fantastic job. No mess, great price. 3. Did NOT try to "Up-sell" me or say I needed Coolant which the prior Company the Home Warranty sent out. (Do NOT let Air Command anywhere near you AC unit!!!)
4. Took Pictures and Fully Documented the Repair Issues. Send Email copy of Report instead of a Yellow NCR Copy you can't read.
