Absolutely a quality organization. It all started its Erica a top notch responsive operator. She went all the way getting me a service spot. Me tenants were roasting in my rental and she came through! Now the service. I had called a previous company about my repair. The stated I need a new $2500 compressor which was further from the truth. Jose the tech from Armor stated only low on Freon no compressor needed. Be ware of unscrupulous companies. Armor is the best.

Scheduling with Armer was easy. I have 2-10 Home Warranty. They didn’t have an appointment the soonest but the next day. However, I wasn’t able to make it until 3 days later.

Hunter came out near the beginning of the time slot. He assessed the garbage disposal was beyond repair so he replaced it. He had a new disposal with him already. Within an hour of showing up, he was done and I had a good functioning disposal again.

Hunter was polite and courteous. Thank you for the great service and timeliness of resolving my issue.

Adam is the professional you could give him your keys and let him get to work. He is pleasant, and has done some really good work for me. I've used him to replace my water lines and hot water heater and he does my annual maintenance on my Heat Pump. In addition,I would call him for any of my plumbing needs. The Mathews have been very pleased to have him in our home.

Their competitor had me scheduled for July 26th, but Armer Corp came out the day after I called them. Needless to say, I canceled with the other company. Brian, our tech, was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about installing our Nest thermostats. Thanks, Brian, and thanks, Armer Corp!

It's been awhile since this was completed, but we had an issue with our Kohler toilet that just kept running and wasn't flushing correctly. It took several visits. The first two times were by a less seasoned guy which resulted in probably who I think was the owner eventually resolving the problem. The part was on order and it was supposed to be a couple weeks but turned into over 3 weeks. And then once the part was in, it was the wrong part. Then the owner decided to order off Amazon to get the part faster. In the end, it all worked out.

Our toilet got fixed - stopped running and flushes properly now. I would use Armer again. It just took way longer than I thought, but the owner made good on everything (I think his name was Adam).

The Armer team arrived on time and in a couple of hours replaced our outdoor heat pump system and had us up and running. They were courteous, professional and gave us a great price. I highly recommend them and will use them again if needed. Thanks

The technicians from Armer Corporation were on time and fixed my AC in less than 2 hours. I was afraid I needed new units but they fixed the problem and the units work great and my house is cool again. Ive had other companies come out and tell me I had a refridgerant leak but they just added refridgerant and said I would need to replace my units next time they came out. The technicians from Armer added a leak sealant and dye. If the sealant doesn't work then the next time they come out they can trace the leak using the dye and repair the leak directly. They said my AC units looked good. This gave me confidence these guys are honest. I would highly recommend them!

Hunter at Armer Corporation was incredibly helpful. He fixed my water heater, took time to explain what was happening, and things I needed to be aware of in the future. I've had Armer Corp out to my house multiple times to fix some plumbing issues. They send text notifications with a picture of the tech in route. Very customer friendly and knowledgeable. The tech even left to get the part and came back in order to complete in one visit. Highly recommend!

Dependable, trustworthy, personable, fast with outstanding professional results I have been very pleased with. But above all, what I truly appreciate are the no-pressure options I've been given me for repairs. Adam just spells it out like it is and lets me decide what is best for me, my home and my budget.
