UPDATE: Instead of addressing the MULTIPLE voicemails I left, the owner has decided to blame my home warranty company for its failure to designate a contract that came in on a Sunday as "after hours"?!? And yet never mentions that there's still no emergency phone number for an HVAC company that has a contract with a national home warranty. Frankly, the flippancy in which I'm accused of being "misleading" on a 1 star review when it was 115° and the argument is they didn't contact me because of a paperwork issue is laughable. In what world would an HVAC company in the DESERT not have an after hours/emergency line?! It's bad enough that I'm forced to deal with this company because my home warranty contract requires it, but I guess I shouldn't be that surprised...the lowest bid always seems to get picked up even if there's a reason it's low. I hope they had a great Father's Day since they couldn't even bother to return my messages which meant that my family had to seek shelter elsewhere since my elderly mother, my child and myself couldn't manage 115° outside and 88° inside.
They did a great job. They came out to repair another companies repair. We had been without AC for almost 3 weeks and they came out the day after we called. Friendly, helpful and professional.
Ben Sandoval from The Armer Corporation did an awesome job! He did a 2 hour maintenance on an ac motor in the 100 degree heat. The ac motor was in the attic which was in the garage. He stayed professional, and he’s a super caring guy. I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you
2-10 Home Warranty sent them out for a double plumbing call. Adam, the Tech, was on time, clean, polite, and did 1 very difficult job and 1 that was much easier than expected.
He was fast, clean, no-upsell
I would not hesitate to refer them in the future! So rare today!!
Love working with Adam and his team! Prompt responses, quality workmanship, and excellent communication! I guess that's why we've trusted them with our HVAC and plumbing for 12 years! Not to mention 2 new A/C units, a water softening system, and a major bathroom remodel!
Tech. Ben was great,courteous with great communication. He took care of the problem ASAP. I WOULD RECOMMEND WHEN YOU CALL REQUEST HIM 👍. But however the women who calls customers back was rude , had no background on the call and accused me of stuff. Other then that quick response and great service.
Armer Corp was the contractor sent out to do a repair on my water heater which wasn't heating water. Since this was a contractor sent out by my home warranty company I wasn't sure what to expect. The gentlemen who showed up to fix my water heater were friendly and efficient. Within 30 minutes I had hot water again. I would use Armer Corp again even if I don't go through my home warranty.
This AC was such a big ticket item and Iwas worried about complications. I was pleasantly surprised the AC was installed quickly, professionally, with no upcharges or surprises. I will happily use Armer Corp again but this time I will stay the heck out of their way.
This company has gone above and beyond the previous ones to finally explain in detail what’s been freezing up our ac system. Let him know the previous tech and his diagnosis only to be reassured that was only about 15% correct but probably what they did was made it worse. I am greatly appreciative of a company that values itself on trust and respect. Rather than money and customers not knowing anything. Thank you Armer Corp Ac
AC went out in July... They got me scheduled for next business day. Greg, the tech, knew the problem as soon as he turned on the unit just by hearing it. Then he found a couple more problems along the way! Everything fixed and back running smoothly in 45 min! Thankful for the expertise and professionalism!
