I got to meet Adam as a result of my home warranty company using his business to provide warranty service. I was having trouble with a leaky A/C unit in my home. Adam and his assistant responded fairly quickly, and were able to diagnose the problem promptly, and had to order a new drain pan. It was a unique size that required some extensive research to find a suitable replacement. Thankfully with Adam's nearly 20 years of experience, he was able to track it down and get it installed only a few days later.
It seemed things were completely fixed but the next day, the unit started to leak again. Adam immediately took responsibility for the issue, and came over within 24 hours and provided a couple of additional repairs to secure the tray and make it BETTER than originally designed. Adam's expertise was invaluable in making sure an improperly designed unit, was fixed for the long term, instead of simply providing a "quick fix".

I especially appreciated Adam's customer service attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to provide the customer with the best possible solution to a bad situation. He didnt even charge me for the additional parts he needed to make things better than new. I also am grateful for his honest service, and that he is teaching his apprentice the same skill set. Great experience and thankful for his hard work.

They did a wonderful job investigating and repairing the issue with my heat and A/C. They were on time, friendly and knowledgeable. They explained things very well and exceptionable personable. I would recommend this company for any A/C or Heating repairs. 5 stars for sure!

After consulting many plumbers about our issues, Armer Corporation was clearly the most honest and straight forward of the bunch. They worked with me when I had questions or concerns, and didn't try to bully us into more work just because we are in an older home. Verne, Glenn, and Josh were all very professional while doing the work and they finished everything quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Adam and his team to anyone who is in need of a good plumber.

I've had issues with two separate bathrooms, and Amer was assigned to my issues by my home warranty company. I'm very happy that they were. I got a call the same day I submitted the service requests, and got appointments the next day. On both occasions, Glen came out, pretty much at the start of the service window, and was able to fix both issues very quickly. He was great to work with, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to chat with.

I was referred to Amer Corp through my Home Warranty Service. After being disappointed with the service provided by the previous company AHS sent, I geared myself for another disappointment and expected to cancel my home warranty plan as I was under the impression American Home Shield (AHS) had no quality service providers. I was sadly mistaken and extremely surprised with the knowledge and professionalism provided by Robert at Amer Corp. Robert took the time to explain the problem and possible solution. He was professional, personable, and displayed a certain passion for his job. He even asked my Fiancé if we had other plumbing issues or concerns. I've never experienced such great service from a plumbing company when paying out of pocket and truly did not expect this level of professionalism.
I do need to add that Amer Corp has not done the work yet, but I am sure if the quality of their work is remotely close to their assessment, I am not worried. Either way, I will provide an update once the work is complete.

Armer guys were great! Very knowledgeable, personable and helped me save a BUNCH of $$$! They installed a brand new AC, were very respectful and got in and out leaving the house cleaner then when they started!

NO! I would not recommend. I'll explain. On Sat.9.11 around 10:30 I heard my ac compressor run band then shut off numerous times and not cooling. I then shut it down. I called my friend Earl(retired ac tech) left a message and then called another friend CJ for a recommendation and she said Armer. I called Sat. afternoon and made an appointment for Mon.9.13. I n the meantime Earl returned my call on Sunday and said he would be by in the morning. He checked the unit and found that the capacitor had failed. as he was descending the latter your tech arrived about 11:35am Earl introduce himself as a retired tech and he had diagnosed the problem and told your tech about the capacitor. Your tech located the item in his truck tested it and replaced the failed part. It took all of 25 minutes and presented me a $301.86 bill. I feel it was quite expensive for 25 minutes of work. I estimated it to be $12.00 per minute. Earl is aware of the wholesale price for that capacitor with a markup + service charge guessing around $ 115.00. that is the reason I will not recommend Armer. Thanks for letting me express my opinion.

One of my tenants called yesterday complaining of his ac not working. I thought o great the expense of a new ac is the last thing we need right now. Adam responded immediately and was able to get right out there. He was able to replace a minor part and get it up and running again on the spot for a small fee. Can't thank him enough for a job well done. I have complete trust in them and know that he won't just sell me on a new unit when a small fix will resolve the issue. Armer has earned all my ac and plumbing business from here forward. Very satisfied.

My home warranty company sent Armer Corporation to fix a water heater leak. They showed up on time, explained everything really well, and completed the work(replacing the water heater) to perfection. Glen even went out of his way to fix two pipes and only charged me a little bit of extra money. Very happy with the service and I will definitely use them again.

I have a home warranty that chooses which company comes out to service my A/C. I’ve had some really bad experiences but every time they have sent Armer Corp, it has been great. Both Greg and Adam are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. And HONEST! I am amazed at the number of companies that are not honest and will try and take advantage of customers. You don’t have that problem if Armer is coming out to service your unit. They will get the job done and done right!
