These guys are great! Alonso and Jake came on time, were very efficient and found the problem almost immediately! They talked to us about the repairs and maintenance needed for the system. I highly recommend these two guys as they were very friendly and helpful! Great experience overall!

I have to write this review because Josh and his team are great. Josh sent his guys out to check our Ac as we felt it just wasn’t cooling properly. So responsive , they were in the area and came right over. They checked for leaks and made sure the system was cooling. We very much appreciated the prompt service as it has been so hot and we were worried our system would shut down. We had them install our new unit a year ago and they did a great job!!! We have had them out to check out and install our nest thermostat and they did a great job on this as well. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Josh for being there for us. I am beyond happy with the services I received from The Cool Guy today. Mathew and Brandon came to do some maintenance on our AC and they were very friendly and efficient in their duties. They are not only technically knowledgeable but also convey a positive attitude. I'll choose them every time!

The cool guy removed and installed a 2 1/2 ton AC unit. He is an amazing individual, very professional. He really knows heating and HVAC systems. He is also an awesome appliance technician. The cool guy is very honest , loyal, and empathetic to his customers. I highly recommend the cool guy for any type of heating and air along with any type of appliance you may own. I am a 100% service connected legally bling veteran and I never worry about being ripped off while doing business with this lad.

We will always use the Cool Guy's for our AC unit care. Our AC unit wasn't cooling our house down. I called at 8:30 am and spoke to Victoria who was very professional and promt. She made an appointment for 2pm the same day. Jake and Allen arrived an hour earlier than expected which we appreciated. They were very professional and took care of the issue quickly. We only paid the service fee as the issue was covered under warranty. I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

What a great experience! They were able to come over on the same day I called and they were also able to show up 4 hours earlier which was great! Super professional and friendly from the guys on-site to Victoria who helped me out with everything over the phone! Price was reasonable, and they are out within 30min! My capacitor went bad and the fan stopped spinning, I tried all the simple test and nothing worked. Thank you again for such an awesome job!
