Josh and his partners from the cool guys are as good as you can get ! They came when every other company said it would be at least 4 days and being I live in Arizona in May it’s very hot to say the least and having children and pets they came in clutch . The best of any kind of service I’ve had in a while… thanks guys !

The gentleman (and I don’t use that word lightly) that work for this company are outstanding. We have used their company twice since moving into our home and every time have been greeted with quick, well priced, and smiling faces! They saved us and our pups this time when it was 115 outside, 85 inside the house and not cooling at almost 8pm. They came, fixed the issue within 30 minutes and not to mentioned were working in a lightning, wind, and dust storm. You will not regret it!

I highly recommend The Cool Guy for your A/C needs! It took a few visits to determine the problem was my compressor in the attic. The owner, Josh, arrived on the last visit to install the new compressor. Over several visits, I encountered 6 different employees and Josh. All were professional, polite, on time, and explained everything as they went along. While waiting for his phone to charge, I was able to learn a little about Josh and his journey to owning his own business. He has a very good work ethic and values, which are reflected in his company and employees. Well done, Josh! I will definitely use their services again!

Quick and wonderful service. My air stopped working, and Josh was at my house within 2 hours, diagnosed problem quickly, and was able to replace the necessary part within minutes! He was honest, polite, and personable. Great service at a low price! Will definitely keep his number handy for future issues!

We've used this company a couple of times. Today our AC unit finally gave out. The tech was courteous to explain the options available and the costs associated with the replacement options. They were prompt in response and willing to go the extra mile.

The Cool Guy, LLC just installed a new AC unit and furnace in our home and did an awesome job; I highly recommend them. After performing a thorough inspection of the original AC unit and furnace that included pictures, Josh provided several competitively priced quotations. Prior to accepting their quotation, Josh answered all of my questions via e-mail and text.

During the installation, with the furnace and evaporator coil located in the attic, I was expecting a big mess and a potentially damaged attic entrance, that didn't happen! They laid down plastic and a tarp and disassembled and reassembled the old and new units to get them out and in the attic. I was very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Good job Josh, Ray, JR, Montana and Matt.

They finished the installation by installing a new Nest thermostat and registering all the new system components with the manufacturer the same day as the installation. I received an e-mail from the manufacturer the same evening confirming the registration. And to top it all off, they gave us a small gift bag to thank us!

Hands down THE BEST AC company I have ever dealt with! The owner was prompt with his communication. He gave us a few different solutions to help solve our situation. Their quotes were the best I had received. Ray and Jr handled the repairs today and they were the most professional, friendly and hard working guys! Thanks for getting us icy cold again and looking forward to our reduced power bills this summer. We are customers for life!!!

The crew was very professional, on time and friendly. They even went above and beyond and changed out all of our air filters.

We have multiple rental properties in the valley and have used them more than a dozen times. Definitely our go to AC and heating company.
