They were great, the communication was awesome! Victoria was a great help in confirming everything and keeping me updated through the process! AC went out Saturday and was fixed by Tuesday due to some parts they had to order… Still amazing service and would definitely recommend 10 out of 10!!

Great Response time and service. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the technician, Junior, and his ability to repair our AC last Friday evening. I called the office for a technician to come for a second opinion on a problem we were having with one of our AC units. Within 1 hour of my call Junior was on site. He was very thorough and confirmed what the problem was.

The previous well advertised HVAC company from Phoenix told me it would be a minimum of 4-5 weeks before they could get the parts. The price they quoted was 67% over what the cost was from The Cool Guy, who had the part in his truck! Inside of 3 hours my AC unit was up and running. It also was great that I saved over $500 on the part itself.

Fantastic service, from me calling to get quotes, setting up the appointment, to the really great techs that were here doing the system replacement. The Cool Guys are honest, reliable, and have the most reasonable pricing out there. My husband and I were nervous about finding someone we can trust when our Motor fan went out on our A/C unit, but these guys do not nickel and dime you and they even provided a discount because they had just done a tune up for us a few months prior. They also showed up earlier than expected and were in and out within an hour. Definitely recommend!

The best service every time. It's like having friends of come over who also fix my furnace and AC. Easy to work with and you can hear they care about doing a complete job. Price is always clearly communicated and appropriate for the task. The first time I ever used them, they went out of the way to show up same day to fix my AC during the hot summer. Even submitting my warranty paperwork.

If they painted houses or babysat kids, I'd hire them for that too. They are just that good and easy to work with.
