Had the cool guy over to replace a ac coil and then for a ac tune up months later, they are incredible. Prices, professionalism and integrity. All the guys are friendly and hard working. I also had them over to my moms to do her tune up and she was so impressed. Thank you guys!! I'll always refer the cool guy to everyone! They go above and beyond.

I will not use this company again. I had a problem with my less than 2 year old heat unit. I had the company out on 12/22/20 because the heat unit was blowing cold air. The techs spent a couple of hours and determined it was some wire loose with the outside condenser and they put in heat strips in the air handler. The next day my two nest thermostats had no power to it (I have two units). I called the office to schedule an appointment. I asked if there will be a service charge. The scheduler said they will let me know if there is a service charge before any work is done. When the tech came back, he determined the problem was the breaker was tripped. This is because the heat strips need more power to run causing the breaker to trip. They should have seen that the breaker would have needed to be upgraded. Both my air handlers are under one double breaker. To upgrade the breaker, it would cost me $250 with the service charge waived. The part is 10 to 15 dollars. I showed the part online to the tech and said that was the part. They were ripping me off completely. I called my handyman and he charged me $100 which included the part and he installed it within 10 minutes. The next day I noticed my nest thermostat kept going into delay start at 5 minute intervals after 2 minutes of running. I paid another company to come out and said they hooked it up wrong and no wire was going to the common wire port. He switched the wire and it worked again. Since I refused the service, they are still charging me the $75 service charge. I refused to pay for it because this should have been looked during the visit the day before. They knew heat strips need more power. I already paid them $75 for the day before. I asked when will I get a receipt with pictures and the tech said yes. When I called the office to say the price was ridiculous and I was not paying the service charge, the office manager threatened me with collections. A week later, I called for the receipt and the office manager said that he will send in a request to have it emailed to me. I called again a couple days later and he said he will look into it. I called again a couple days after this and another guy said he would look into it. I called a week later and Jess said that my account was locked due to no payment and she can't open it and said only management can do that. I asked her to have management call me and no one has called back. Now when I call, it goes to voicemail. I tried making a complaint with the AZ ROC, but my complaint is out of their jurisdiction since I paid someone else to fix it. They are ignoring me at call cost now. Not professional at all. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING RIPPED OFF!!!!!!
