Was told by Liz was going to be $95 + 3.5% credit card fee. Ended up paying 135.00. They switch the maintenance fee to $122. Freeon was included. We didn't know it was going to be that amount for inspection and some freeon.

The Cool Guy team that did the recent tune up/maintenance on my furnace...very professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with and always quick to answer questions and give suggestions...I can't say enough good things about them specifically. Unfortunately, pricing increased substantially this year which may force me, like others, to explore other options.

Honest reputable place. It is often hard to find companies that are honest and reasonable with their prices and won’t up sell you on stuff you don’t need.

update 5/2021: Montana and Ray were the technicians who helped diagnose and help me with my A/C unit. They were great in communication and honest in their work. I would recommend this local AZ business for sure.

Luis and Ray saved my day. I had my air ducts and AC unit cleaned/serviced by another company they day before. Everything seemed fine after the service. I left home for a few hours and returned to a hotter than expected house. It was around 8 PM then and their business was closed. So I called first thing when they opened the next morning. The owner of the air duct cleaning company said he did not have a tech who would be near my area that day and that he could get someone out first thing the following morning. This was not a sufficient resolution because I work from home and the temperature was steadily rising in the house to an uncomfortable level. The owner then said, if I can find another AC company to come out, he will pay for the service call. His associate got on the line and recommend three local business that might be able to help. The first was a wash. But then I came Luis and Ray of THE COOL GUYS. Luis answered. I explained my situation and that I basically needed him to fix someone else's work and he didn't hesitate. He said right away, "LET ME SEE WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU." Long story short, after some back and forth with the other owner, Ray and Luis showed up when promised, diagnosed and properly remedied the issue and saved me a great deal of discomfort in my home and from having to wait 24 hours for a solution. Luis didn't have to squeeze me into his schedule ahead of other scheduled appointments but he did. I am truly grateful he make the quick decision to help and did so quickly. Any future AC matters I may need resolved down the line, I will most certainly be calling The Cool Guys to handle. Thank you, Luis and Ray.

My AC went out on Wednesday evening, butt so busy during the week to get it checked out. A friend recommended another company, but after speaking with her she advised they no longer service Maricopa. She recommended The Cool Guy company to assist. I contacted the business via text; which I already was delighted about. I briefly explained the symptoms; and he advised he would stop by later that afternoon. . .keep in mind this was Saturday. So I was still able to get errands done out of town and he didn't test me like a crazy person to tell me to do this and that. When Josh arrived; he was very personable and professional. Josh was able to locate the issue/cause; repair and viola working AC again. I truly appreciate good quality and through work, but more importantly he genuinely cared about our situation. I highly recommend The Guy; and did I mention you can reach him anytime of the day or night; including weekends?

Jake came by super quick, found and solved the problem in less than an hr. He was very professional and friendly as my kids like to ask 100 questions. Whenever we have an emergency they always come through. Very useful and helpful
