We have been a customer of Delta Home Services since 2014. We purchased a new Trane AC unit from them. We have had a few mishaps along the way, however each time the Delta Home Services Management Team came through for us. We recently had our AC go out and, of course, contacted Delta. There were some communication issues, but the end result was that they sent Jon out to service the unit. Without a doubt Jon is a master at his craft. He also understands the importance of customer service. Finding good employees that know their job and can also communicate well with the customer is not an easy task. Delta is fortunate they have Jon, as he fits the description of World Class Customer Service.
Very impressed with this company! We used them to install central air in our last home. The process was smooth and efficient. The pricing was also the best out there. Aaron, our technician, is honest and transparent! We have very high confidence with his recommendations. Will be using Delta for updates to our new home for sure!
Having a new company come in, I was very pleased with the "ambassador" they sent. He introduced himself in a very pleasing manner, and stated exactly what he was going to do. He finished his job and told me we needed a new NONOZONE cell assembly. Gave me the price, and seen my look of "oh no"! He quickly told me why we needed it and produced info that I could read. I quickly agreed to have it installed again and made arrangements to have it done. I appreciate great service and would like to have him as our service person every time needed. We used Delta a few weeks ago because one of our A/C units, at work, stopped working. Very hot day, I guess they all are lately, but Chase came out and climbed on the roof and it turned out to be a fuse. Yay! He was very helpful. The cost was very reasonable and we will use again in the future. Very happy with the service and we appreciated that he was wearing a mask from the moment he walked in. - Stacy
I'm usually leery about HVAC companies and the service reps they send out because I've been taken advantage of in the past and simply don't trust them. But my experience with Delta Home Services after they took over Desert Valley Aire, has been a positive experience. My service tech today, Neima, was kind, polite, and walked me through what he needed to do, while I was on the roof with him. He then reviewed the prior invoice from a company currently under litigation and explained what they didn't need to do and what they charged me for and didn't do. So I was relieved to finally find someone trustworthy whose name I know I can attach to my AC unit now, and feel confident he's not out to make a sale. I loved his integrity, his knowledge and professionalism. Definitely glad to have a company who I can trust - and trusting a good AC company in our AZ summers is integral! Thank you!

Our tech Neima, was absolutely fantastic. He was very professional, respectful and was a pleasure to speak with. He was great with showing us pictures of our systems before and after a cleaning and explained the process in terms I could actually understand. Great company, even better tech!!!!!!

He took the time to explain his assessment in detail, using before & after camera pics, and drawing a diagram to show how my two systems work. I am confident that his recommendations will resolve the allergy problems my family and friends have been experiencing in my home!
