Chase was extremely helpful, efficient and explained things very well. He was on time and professional. Took the time to make sure I understood everything and gave me excellent options to help improve my home cooling. He fixed the issue that was causing part of my home to be hot and even came out same day! Couldn’t be happier with my experience today!

Neima was an outstanding service technician. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained in detail each step of the inspection and showed us pictures of the results. We were able to view both the before and after photos of the work he did on the unit . I also observed him cleaning the condenser coil and test components of the outside unit. I was impressed with the way he was able to convey to us what needed to be done as well as why it had to be done.

Neima Therani was professional, courteous, wore his mask, explained everything, showed pictures and videos of the problems, fixed part of the issue, and scheduled an appt to fix the rest of it.

I only gave 4 * because I wasn’t planning on needing to pay so much $$ to fix a new AC unit. Problem wasn’t his fault, but still annoyed at the surprise.

Chase came a few days later to clean and sanitize the ducts and dryer vent. He was great. Also professional, courteous, wore his mask, showed me videos of before and after, walked through to look at all the vents to ensure no damage. And he cleaned up so well, I couldn’t even tell he’d done something so dusty!

I’d definitely use them again.

Neima was so professional and easy to talk to. He explained the issues with our air conditioner with great detail and included photos of the problems. He did not try to upswell us on any services or products, but advised us of the advantages and disadvantages of the choices we could make. We are extremely impressed any him and are happy with our decision.

Great job by Delta. They took over the maintenance contract I had with Desert Valley Aire when they shut down their operations, at no additional cost. John was a service rep, did a great job and thoroughly explained the situation with both my units. He offered a maintenance agreement that includes cleaning the condenser coils at a very reasonable price. John is very personable and I look forward to working with him in the future

Jonathon came out to repair our unit that wasn’t working. At first, he was great and explained that the parts we needed were under warranty but we needed to pay the deductible, order the parts and he would return to fix the unit with only additional labor charges. I agreed since it sounded reasonable. At this point I paid labor, warranty deductible, a charge to cool the compressor plus the trip charge of 80....altogether 355. Less than 24 hours after he first got the unit restarted, it stopped again. I called Delta to see if the needed part was in and was told our unit was not under warranty and what went from approx 400 dollar expense ballooned to over 1000 alltogether. I contacted the company to try and get back the warranty deductible as we had decided to replace rather than repair with a large cost like like only to be told that he had already replaced a part (which wasn’t something I was aware of) and that they would be unable to refund the warranty deductible. The fact that it was misrepresented that we were under warranty caused us to make a decision we otherwise would not have from the start and upon raising concerns with the management about that communication/misrepresented was told that there was nothing they could do to except talk to the technician. So $355 later and we had A/C working less than 24 hours. Delta is losing a recurring and referring customer due to their inability and unwillingness to refund a warranty deductible. Had I been told from the start that we were looking at an approx $1000 repair, I would have gladly paid the trip charge and been free to get quotes for replacing our system and not be out $260 for a repair that didn’t even last one day.

-regarding Delta’s response below:
We did not replace our unit with delta or anyone else. We asked reasonably for the warranty deductible of 89 to be refunded as the part that supposedly was being ordered was not replaced by Delta and was not under warranty as we were told. It should not have been communicated by the service technician that we were under warranty on the FIRST visit. Had he been clear that we were not under warranty we never would have proceeded with the original service. Maybe train your technicians not to tell consumers they are under warranty without checking to be sure as that greatly affects decision making for large expenses.
As for the completion of the repair, we did go with a different company who did excellent work for a third of the cost that we were quoted by Delta

I had a great experience with Delta. My ac units have been acting up for months and when looking for replacements I was told about this company .I scheduled an appointment with a tech and they revised my current units .we went through my options and came to a conclusion that it was more cost effective to replace them rather than fix. Caleb came out with his team, very polite and customer-friendly and did there job . Haven't had an issue since .
