LAZY, 8 minute got back to them, moved the person after me to the current position, but so lazy they couldn't come back to me after the person the moved up and the girl doesn't understand that its the same time and appointments no matter who goes first..always excuses to why nobody wants to work
The repairman who came out to take care of our situation with our air conditioner. He was prompt, courteous, and friendly. He took the time to clean up after himself and put everything back the way he found it. He was very professional. Thank you Israel Robles.
We contacted Delta Home Services as we needed a new AC/Heating unit. They went above and beyond our expectations. Jason was our initial contact. He talked to us on the phone then set up an appointment to come and see exactly what we needed to have replaced. He showed up on time and he was very professional. There was no pressure to buy from them. He listened to what we wanted and excelled in giving us a very smooth installation from beginning to end. Juan and Andrew were our installers and they were wonderful. They arrived when they said the would and never stopped. They were here from 7 A.M. to around 6:30 P.M. They took one break for about 15 minutes the whole time they were here and it was a HOT day. Jason stayed in contact with us through out the day letting us know what would be happening. When Juan and Andrew finished for the day they cleaned up their mess so we had nothing to clean up after them. We highly recommend them with any of your AC issues.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They helped to educate me on my options and had a unit in stock. They were even able to install it the following week. Alex and Juan were great to work with!
Adrian Jones is amazing! I highly recommend him. He's extremely knowledgeable and makes sure you understand your A/C system and how it should function to its top performance so you can make mindful decisions for repairs, improvements, etc. I give him AAAA++++ in excellent customer service too!! An A/C unit was purchased from you a couple of years ago. A tech came out last week and informed us they needed to get a part to repair it. An appointment was scheduled and we have been waiting for a technician and/or response from that scheduled appointment for over 24 hours. A scheduled 2 hour window was scheduled for yesterday morning; no call with update after multiple calls starting at 11:00. Somebody finally answered and we were told they were running very late so somebody would be here between 2 and 4. Made multiple calls as nobody reached out or showed up. Eventually somebody answered and once again, we were told somebody would call back with an update; crickets. Wasted an entire day waiting for absolutely nothing not to mention it is hot as hades. Started calling early morning and finally got an answer and was told they would have to call back with an update. This is customer service at its worst. There is no excuse not to be honest and say nobody is available rather than string your customers to wait all day for nothing. It is a very bad reflection on your business and the lack of respect you have for your paying customers. Just awful. Honesty is the best policy.

After taking bids from six companies there was one that stood out which was Delta Home Services. I contacted them on Sunday and they had a new unit installed on Tuesday. Very responsive, friendly sales and technicians, and price was 1/3 of what a few others tried pull over on us. Highly recommend.
