Marcus did an excellent job at my house. explained everything and now I am happy with Delta and signed up for member service plan. Very happy!

I have an elderly neighbor who uses a power chair due her limited mobility. She has parked in the same spot for 3 years. A few months ago a Delta Home Serivces employee began to deliberately park in her spot forcing her to park across a major street. The spot was originally a handicapped spot ( it still has a blue cinder block) but the handicapped emblem has faded. For me it is a matter of integrity as all the residents know that Ms Watts has a disability. Honestly it is sad and pathetic to mistreat an elderly disabled person not to mention the noise ans chaos she states the driver and his friends cause outside her window. Delta employees need to do better.

Pete was very knowledgeable and friendly. He performed the plumbing check and drained my water heater quickly. He also helped me understand my water filtration system and answered (or got the answers) to all my questions about it. I appreciated the time he took to help me.

Robert and Jose were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The installation of our new Trane was installed and tested in a timely manner. After consulting with two other companies, we are very glad that we chose Delta Home Services.

Delta replaced my roof mounted heat pump. The representitive that did the estimate was great. The unit was delivered early and Robert and Emilo arrived on time ready to work.
Robert explained the entire process to me before they started and kept me apprised as the work progressed.
Everything went as planned and the job was completed to my full satisfaction.

Robert is the best tech there is. He helped me fix my thermostat issues at my business just talking me through the issues. I will call delta for any service needed from now on.

Pete replaced our outside faucet for the hose. He was professional, polite and pretty quick. I wd definitely call Delta again.

Pete was very professional, genuine and pleasant. He listen to my concerns, explain what he was going to and solved the problem I was having in both of the bathrooms.

I worked with Diana on the phone, she was very personable and professional! Alex was my technician. Actually was able to come early for the appointment (which is a big plus for me). Alex was neat and professional, took the time to explain everything. He was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Felipe Torres did a great job! Would definitely recommend and have do my AC again! Give this man a raise!
