Wonderful!!!!!!!!. ADRIAN is the best representing of Delta Home Services you could ask for. He was prompt, courteous,professional and has a great personality. He was the best serviceman we have ever had, and we have had a lot!

I spoke with Pete on the phone about a plumbing project. He was professional and knowledgeable!

Can not express enough how great our experience was with Delta Home Services.

Our air conditioner went out and heat temperatures were moving to 115 degrees. Not fun.
I met with 3 companies and when Jason, with Delta, came out I instinctively knew this was the company to work with.

He was very professional, never uttered a BS sales pitch and even though I had done my research he gladly answered all my questions and made very good comments and items to consider.

Since we had two 25 year old systems we decided to replace both at the same time and he made arrangements to replace both within 48 hours. God send.

The replacement crew that came out was also very professional, cordial and prepared for business. I found out one of the guys, Juan, has been working for Delta for the last 10 years. That says a lot.

The crew worked non-stop from 7am to 5pm in 113 degree heat and when they finished they completely cleaned every evidence of anything from working that day.

They even arranged to have another person come over to touch up a very minor paint issue and he was equally professional, cordial and skilled. Old time skills.

Obviously we recommend Delta to anyone looking for the same type of expertise, skills and no-nonsense honesty.

This was the first service we had with Delta Home Services. We highly recommend Neima Tehrani for service maintenance. He went over our A/C -heater with a fine tooth comb making sure that all components were working to their potential. All concerns were photoed, presented to us and suggested recommendations were given with price quotes. He was very professional and easy to work with. He installed a scrubber, cleaned the coils, fins and duct work leading into our home. He provided photos of work completed. We are very satisfied with his work and recommendations.

I needed help installing a smart thermostat in my home and had a great experience. Their customer service team always answered my calls and were pro-active about reaching out to me. The technician, Keith, was extremely professional and friendly, and I felt like
I trusted him and his opinion.

They did a great job on the installation of our mini split. Also, they did a nice job on the extra electrical work they did for us. The whole team was polite and efficient. Jonathon did a great job with the installation and electrical. He supervised his team in a very professional manner.

Manny was great. Fixed issues from past Delta employee.... he cleaned the split a/c in attic. My new Trane was put in without the condenser that helps when the ac or heat turns on...smoother/quieter
So it's not that LOUD start up. Should have been installed with my $7000 + I brought up this issue with Delta inspection. Made loud noise for new unit! My old unit that was going out was quieter.

Thank you Manny for cleaning my unit . He was wonderful & knowledgeable. ($700. ) For those who would want to know. :) blessings

This company purchased the previous company who actually did my HVAC installation. After they make their purchase outside company, they called me to tell me that they made this purchase and that they are taking over the contract! They honored everything that was on the previous contract all the way through its expiration. Now, I'm using their new layout in so far so good!

I like this company.
