I've really appreciated working with Delta Home Services. They have been friendly and professional. And consistent with their promise to do 6-month checks for the first 2 years. The most recent tech, Ali, was excellent. In talking with him as soon as he realized my daughter - who has Down Syndrome & loves Panda Express he went to the truck to get her a gift card! He had an extra and offered it to her. She was super impressed. So thank you for going the extra mile. When your supervisor reads this hopefully he will give you a bonus :)

Brandon came out twice in one day and didn't leave until he fixed the short cycling in stage one on our two stage HVAC.

Our service technician understood we wanted a “checkup” for our old ac unit. He was not pushy and didn’t try to sell us an expensive unit or do any unnecessary work. We appreciated him doing what we asked. Small scheduling error but all was resolved and office called to let us know tech was running late

Our a/c was not working properly so our property manager had Delta Home Services respond. Not only was their response quick, but the service tech, Israel, displayed so much patience. He took time to explain the steps needed to find the problem and the effort to resolve it. His professionalism was greatly appreciated.

Thank you Delta! I was lucky enough to win a NEW AC unit since i entered a drawing since my unit is at life expectancy(20years). And i WON!!! Delta was quick and professional in delivering the unit, NO CATCHES!!! This was amazing and the difference between the new unit and old is like night and day. Mind you removal of the old unit, delivery and installation of the new unit was all done in less than 4hours! The crew was nice, friendly and left my place clean. While they were there i asked did they know who i can contact to have a 72inch outside ceiling fan installed, surprisingly they said THEY DO THAT TOO! Scheduled me an appointment a few days later and had a very professional installer come put it together and install it for me in less than 1 hour! Thank you Jason and Delta for your customer appreciation and making my and my families life easier. I will go with no other!!! :)

As a former HVAC guy myself I'm really picky about what system i wanted. We had a Goodman originally and it went bad in 10 years, so I didn't want another Goodman. I had 5 different companies come give me an estimate and yes, these guys are a little more expensive but we opted for the Trane system and as I always say, "you get what you pay for". I love Trane HVAC systems (they're one of the top brands for a reason) and am totally satisfied with them and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great HVAC system that's going to last. Jason, Adrian, Brandon and Jose are all great guys as is the office staff. Adrian was extremely detailed when he came out to our house and gave me the estimate and he was the only person who found that we had a collapsed duct out of the 5 companies, and to me, that's why I decided to use them. The thermostat that they installed is actually meant for the Trane system and it gives you health updates on the system, so if there's a problem with it, the thermostat let's you know if something is wrong before it's too late.

Delta Home Services is a great company! I would highly recommend them to anyone. All of their techs have been awesome, and always extremely informative. Many companies try to upsell you and force you into buying/fixing things that don’t need to be fixed, but Delta provides you with a detailed explanation of what they found and what their recommendations are, and let’s you make the decision from there, which I’ve always appreciated. I never feel like I’m being bombarded by a salesman, I always feel that I am being taken care of by a company who truly values what is best for their customers.

Amazing friendly Tech!! Alex was professional and friendly. He pinpointed the issue and was able to fix my unit. Was very grateful as we are currently in 110° degree evening weather.

From scheduling to completion, this was an EXCELLENT experience! The technician, Alex, was prompt, professional, personable and honest. He replaced a fan in my old AC Unit and performed regular maintenance. We discussed a range of options regarding repair, replacement and maintenance, which helped me make decisions. I am happy with the outcome and will continue to use their services.
