Jason was prompt curtious and repaired unit quickly. He even went out of his way and returned with part needed after a short run back to shop.
Office girls on phone very polite and understanding. Even as busy during this hot season, I felt as they new I was desperate for cool air.

Great service, gave me a lot of information on products I could get to decrease dust in my house. Installed new a/c filters, checked inside and outside equipment and cleaned parts. Very efficient, service and very knowledgeable and nice technician named Manny. I would highly recommend this Company and the technician.

The worker that came on Aug 19, 2021 his name was Jesus he was very professional.
He did his work he even changed the AC filter. He explained everything
show me photos and explained of what he was going to do.I was very pleased. He took care of the the condenser coil and blower wheel.

Our Delta Service Man was Chase & He Arrived on Time. He Was Wearing a Mask. He was Courteous & Upon entering the house. He asked if I had any initial questions. I explained That this was a general check up. He explained that he would like the start up stairs with the indoor unit and then go outside and check the outside unit. After finishing his report he went over what he had Checked. He showed pictures of what he was referring to as he was explaining. Chase went over some preventative maintenance services that we should look in to having completed and suggestions on when they should be Done. Chase was very Courteous & made sure i understood Exactly how my System was Performing & how to keep it Running Efficiently & Safe! Chase & the Service weve received in the Past will keep up with Delta. Thank You Chase! 100%👍🏽

Edit: Literally everything you responded to my review is misleading. We had further issues than just cleaning some of the parts. We have a LEAK. I was told that we could not move forward because we didn't know the specifics of our warranty. I was supposed to be called back after my warranty was looked into. I said I didn't want to move forward until that information was found out. I have emailed and called and you guys won't respond. I can't believe how shady you guys are being.

We're having issues with this company. They bought out our warranty and contract for our AC unit from another company who went out of business. A couple months ago we had them come out to do a check up under our service warranty, and the guy didn't check many things that are standard. He said everything was fine, when we knew they weren't. We ended up getting a second opinion, where they then found many issues with the unit. I called them to let them know and they said they would speak to the manager and have them find out why basic things weren't checked for us. Then, they ended up admitting that our warranty for the AC was either partially expired, or that it wouldn't transfer to them because they bought out our contract from the other company. I was supposed to receive a call back after they looked into it, but we have been left in the dark. I have called them to try and get ahold of them and they refuse to pick up our calls. We are VERY disappointed.

The service provided was an AC/HVAC system inspection. The tech was on time, polite and knowledgeable of the task performed.
The summary started with a review of the systems performance parameters and comparison to/with the manufacture's performance specifications. The system passed or exceeded those specs. Recommendations services for consideration were cleaning of the blower and ducts.
Also, review items future consideration one of which was the economic trade-off between repairs - our system (which is more than 10-years old) uses an obsolete freon gas which has could have significant impact on costs. Fortunately, this does not appear to an imminent problem.
Overall: very satisfied.
