I am so grateful to have found this company! We have been struggling with our AC all summer and every time it shut down, the home warranty company we have would send a new tech, none of which were professional, nor did any of them diagnose and fix the problem correctly. I was so frustrated (no AC in Phoenix in the middle of the summer is not fun) I went outside the warranty company and called Arizona Comfort Specialists. John showed up an hour later, went through the system, took pictures and went through the issues with me. Turns out my 15 yr old system was on its last legs. Within 24 hrs, ACS had installed a new system and I couldn't be happier. A team of 6 showed up, in uniform, and they were all hard working, polite and friendly. From my first encounter with the ladies in the office (Cathy and Dasia (sp?)) to my final encounter with the last 2 techs to leave after installation, Mike and Saul (who stayed later to answer all my questions about how HVAC works) , the experience was easy and pleasant! If you need HVAC service or install, look no further...call these guys!

AZ Comfort Specialists came out right away when we had an issue with our A/C. They let us know they could even come a little early ahead of our scheduled time. They have great customer service and are easy to work with.

I have used comfort specialist for 3 years now and I wouldn’t trust anybody else. Honest, trust worthy and very good at their jobs. I’m always grateful when Mike and Saul show up to service my air-conditioning unit I know I’m getting the best quality service.

Just had two new A/C & Air Handlers installed by AZ Comfort Specialists. They did a fantastic job starting with an onsite consultation fee that was wave, great explanation of what systems my house needs, discussed options, introduced SRP’s rebate initiative and to top it off this is the only A/C company that I know that has a 0% financing option available to qualified buyers. I will definitely be using this company for annual services going forward.

I have hired many HVAC companies in my property management career, they all somehow resolve your issue. But, I had a wonderful experience with AZ Comfort, they are prompt, straight forward and quite efficient in what they do.

Got back to me for a appointment very quickly. John was very pleasant and explained what the issue was and how he would go about fixing it. I would recommend Arizona comfort specialists and will definitely use them for my AC needs in the future.

John, Josiah and crew were out to install a new unit today. First of all, I obtained 3 proposals and this was without question the most appropriate and the most reasonable. Saved a bunch of money! I was skeptical with the other 2 companies and knew immediately upon meeting John that I was in good hands, getting the right recommendation for my house and was safe in following his advice. The install was smooth sailing and on top of replacing the unit, John proposed some internal fixes to make the hot upstairs bedroom more comfortable and save money on the bill. They were on time and total pros. I love hiring people where I can have complete trust and not question the product or service. This was it, I will refer them to everyone.

The ACS team installed 2 New Trane 20 seer units with whole house air purifiers. They finished both of them in one day! They even got me an SRP rebate to help with the costs. I would recommend them to anyone who wants an honest, professional, and family owned business to replace their air conditioners.
