David and Jay Rodriguez were out today to install ducts and vents for a kitchen remodel. David was in the attic and discovered the furnace was NOT vented to the outside. He immediately showed me with a video and explained everything and FIXED IT!!!! He treated this situation with the urgency and safety it deserved. David was LITERALLY a life saver. David and his brother were professional, compassionate and thorough. I highly recommend them and would give them 10 stars if allowed. (David even said that he would call us back in a week to check on us.) THANK YOU!!!

And the future recently arrived! ACS installed my new system including the air handler and did a great job. My experience was once again great!

Update: Jay came out to handle a blockage in the condensate line that had caused my float valve to trip. I resolved the valve trip issue, but his service to clear the line and thoroughly service the system has enabled the system to run flawlessly since!

My air conditioning seem to be having an issue. I called Arizona comfort specialist on Sunday and left them a message. I received a text message shortly after saying that they would be able to come and diagnose the problem that afternoon. John showed up as promised,-diagnosed the issue and replaced the compressor. He was extremely professional, Knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend Arizona comfort specialist for all your heating and air-conditioning needs..
