Had an AC unit go out in the middle of the night while I was out of town.
My wife and kids woke up to a hot house and we called Arizona Comfort Specialists in a panic the next morning. They were able to get a unit and get it installed very quickly. The entire process was an awesome experience that could have been a disaster. It started with the amazing ladies in the office and the professionalism, knowledge, courtesy, and outstanding communication and service continued on with John and his crew. The work was super clean and and very professional and done with a sense of pride and respect for their customers. They are very honest, reliable, and deliver what they promise and truly value their clients and care about serving others.

Arizona Comfort Specialist have performed work for me and I have found them to be extremely competitive in their pricing, VERY professional, polite, clean, and excellent work. They sent me pictures of the work they completed so I could verify the work done which was very nice. Not having to worry about whether or not they just "said" the work was done. I really enjoyed working with them and will continue to use their services for all my HVAC needs.

I called this company for service. On the invoice the technician stated that my ac unit uses out dated r- 22 Freon. The technician also verbally told me this. The technician stated on the invoice and verbally that I needed to replace my ac unit in part due to the kind of Freon it uses. However, the technician also too photos of my ac unit which clearly show that my ac unit uses r-410a Freon. (The new cheaper Freon) So, either the technician lied to me, to encourage a sale of a new ac unit or the technician did not read the printed ac information he took a photo of. Either way, not kind of people I want working on my ac. Also the quote to fix the actual problem was over $1,000 higher than the second ac company I called. This company was recommended to me, I would not recommend it to others. (I have the invoice and the ac pics the technician took to prove what I wrote, the appointment was in my wife’s name) they were nice enough, but this was my experience and I would not recommend to friends and family who ask.
