Initially they came out when I called and asked for a diagnostic done on a unit that wasn’t working. Jimmy came out made a quick assessment went through the options with me in regards to replacement of broken part or replacement of entire unit very transparent with all costs. There was absolutely no pressure my wife and I decided to replace the unit and two days later we’re sitting in an icebox. This company is a real deal I would recommend them to anybody who needs service or a replacement done on the air-conditioning. The install team was timely and very thorough with all aspects of installation and coordination of crane timing, and removal of old unit. Hats off
you guys are first class !

I had 1st Choice come by to give me an estimate. They kept me informed every step of the way. They were on time and called to ask about my mask preference. I haven't decided if they will get the business or not yet but up to this point, I'm impressed!

Honest and no nonsense, professional. We had 1st Choice Mechanical replace our older heat pump system. They stand by their installation and help work out any issues that may arise.

Jared came out and gave my a/c system a tune-up. He was very friendly, professional and was here on time. At one point he found a part that needed replacing, drove back to get another part, and didn't charge me extra. I can highly recommend this company.

Our experience with 1st Choice Mechanical was all around exceptional! Our AC unit went out mid-summer, just a few months after we purchased our home. I called 1st Choice Mechanical first because of how highly they were rated and despite it being a Sunday morning, they called me back within 20 minutes and were out at my house within a couple hours. They spent a lot of time trying everything they could to get our unit fixed, but ultimately we needed a new unit. They were able to get one for us quickly and got it installed for a reasonable price. Tim and Branden were incredibly kind, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process, making sure to provide frequent updates and doing what they could to keep us as cool as possible given the circumstances. All of this was just a few weeks before my daughter's first birthday, and they even sent her a birthday gift!

Today, about two months after they replaced our unit, our breaker that controls our AC unit went out (no fault of theirs, it was just old). I called and they were out at my house within about an hour and had it fixed in no time at an affordable price! This is a great family owned and operated company and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I just wanted a maintence tuneup. I called on a Friday she said she could have someone there ON MONDAY !! WOW ! I had called another company prior to my call to 1st choice and they were going to send someone out in JULY !! Toby had Jimmy come out and he to is very impressive . A nice young man who got there ON TIME and when he was done he said we needed nothing more, NOTHING MORE ! What ? Toby and Jimmy are VERY impressive, NICE people . WOW ! First choice is not my first choice, they are my ONLY choice from here on out ! For every kind of work they do I will call them. I feel like they are " MY " company. I love this company
