Wow !!!! James is amazing employee .. I assume they already know that . I was impressed with his service . Faster then expected lol he even smelled good . He was honest which surprised me….. He even referred a program which might be able to help me with my major repair . He also got my unit running until I can afford the much needed part . The price was Exactly what they quoted not a much different price when they arrive I won’t hesitate in the future to contact them again for a repair . I’m very happy and my grandkids finally got some Relief. Thank you guys for your quick fast response & help . 🙏

The most outstanding professionals I've ever met. We worked with Justin, Jared, and Branden for an HVAC system for my relative Adriana. First off, safety and cleanliness was top priority. They placed paper mats down through the house, wore shoe covers, and cleaned up immediately after small messes. The care they took on our home was so respectful and deeply appreciated. They were well-mannered and spoke softly and compassionately to everyone in the household. Our pesky dogs barking in the closed room didn't deter them nor jade their attitude. They made small talk and built rapport with us. When the job was done, they went above and beyond to explain every last detail so we would be fully knowledgeable about the work that was done. If I could do more than 5 stars, I honestly would.

1st Choice is a great company. They are always friendly, on time and take the time to explain exactly what is going on. There is never any sales pressure.

1st Choice came out yesterday to do our yearly complimentary AC check up ! We had a new AC system installed be them 2 and 1/2 years ago and they have excelled in every aspect ! Best HVAC company ever! Technician Manny Did a grate ob inspecting our AC unit! Replaced our filter! CH

I asked for an itemized invoice of work done, however, this was not provided. I did receive a paid in full receipt.

Wow, where to begin! What a fantastic company to work with from start to finish!! We first met James last week who came to give us a quote for a new unit. He was professional, personable, and very knowlegeable about what we were in need of, especially since we are getting solar panels soon. He was very gracious and responded to my questions promptly! Tori, in the office, was very helpful and personable as well. Today, the new AC unit was installed. Jared and Branden, the installers, were communicative, on time, and very professional They did a wonderful job with the installation. After not having any air conditioning for a while and using a different company last year with a high priced repair job that didn't last but a day, We met Tim with a recommendation from my daughter's friend, it was a wonderful experience. Tim was very thorough explaining everything to us. Brandon and his crew did an amazing job they never stopped until it was done, they cleaned the area where they were working and even did a paint touch up. We are completely satisfied and we will be using their services again when needed. They were both friendly and professonal, we highly recommend them to anyone
