Brandon and Justin were here for duct cleaning today and did a thorough job while explaining everything they did along the way. Couldn't be happier with their work and the professionalism they exhibited. James came out several months ago to look at our compressor that was toast. His was one of several bids for the job, and while we went with one that was cheaper, we found James very helpful—he was happy to explain the entire situation to us and not at all high pressure. We would have him come out again.

Great company, great employees from start to finish!! They make sure you are satisfied & triple checked everything. The price for two systems was the same as Goettl for one system. Got a 10 year warranty on the parts & labor. Very happy with 1st Choice Mechanical!!

Great company and great techs. Only thing to provide even more exceptional customer service would of been a portable unit to keep cool while installation was being performed. It can get very hot as they do a 8hr installation with no AC. Would of also been nice if they provided a filter after installation. Overall I would recommend to anyone and thanks again 1st choice mechanical!

The people at 1st Choice Mechanical are awesome. Jared, Justin, Marquis, and Brandon were great to work with. I had a new AC unit installed and the guys worked until it was done, even returning after dark to install a different Thermostat. The business department assisted in financing options and Tori was exceptional with customer service. As a single woman, it's important to me to be able to trust and believe in repair people when I need them. 1st Choice Mechanical is definitely the best! 100% satisfied.
