Manny actually came early was very nice and very professional.
He explained everything that was wrong. Had parts to repair our AC. Came out on a Sunday morning. A little pricey I felt but we were up and running in no time

These guys are solid, I called late in the evening. No one else was willing to come out yet the weekend guy Manny was able to come and get everything taken care of for us. We have an infant at home and needed to get cooling asap! Recommend these guys to everyone.

Just can't say enough good things about this company. They are so responsive and fair. Got my new HVAC system from them and it works amazing. Had one room that was a little warmer than other, and thought I'd have to add new venting and pay for it, but they came out and fixed it free of charge. They were incredibly fast and able to replace our broken HVAC system in between our guests’ stays. They were great at communicating with us quickly and with care. Their warranty is also excellent. They weren’t the cheapest but they had the best overall package of service and warranty. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

James originally seemed honest and knowledgeable regarding HVAC. The complaint was the 3yr old AC wasn’t blowing as cold as last year. We were told the Schroeder valves x2 were bad and needed 2lbs of Freon with a quote of $508. Once the repair was done, James came off the roof to tell me there was “bigger problems”- the evaporative coil was leaking in more than 20 places. The repair quote was $2500 for labor only (4-5 hours). Who charges $500 an hour for labor!? Oddly, the AC was serviced 26 Jan with no issues. I was beyond shocked.. As James insisted this was a very serious problem.
After having another service come to provide another quote, I was told, there was no leak detected and could have been from the Schroeder valves or a non-honest technician spraying oil on the coils- since the pattern was unusual and “too clean” (no dirt or dust on the oil). Honest HVAC people are very hard to find- unfortunately, this company is not one of them.

Well done! Brandon and his co-worker ( I am sorry, I do not remember his name) did a wonderful job. Professional, courteous, careful of the surrounding walls and kept the area as clean as possible. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service. Excellent quality. Very detail oriented. From the first estimate, Jared Moore was very detailed, professional, and knowledgeable. He was honest and didn’t try to upsale me on stuff I didn’t need. He was thorough in explaining services and products offered. Branden, Marquise, Brody and Justin were the install crew. They were also detailed and thorough. They worked hard the whole time and they communicated as a team efficiently. They knew the product they were installing and communicated every step as they were working. Branden and Marquise were very kind, well spoken and personable. Branden and Jared even laughed at some of my terrible jokes. They reassured that the warranty will be take care of. All I have to do is enjoy my new HVAC systems. Whenever I had a question Tori answered and was super helpful and patient. What sold me on 1st choice was the attention detail. As well as the quality checks. After doing much research online I discovered that the install is the upmost important aspect in HVAC that will determine your units lifespan. Jared explained to me that every step MUST be documented with photos. From nitrogen purging to vacuum lines to soldering and everything in between. And at the end of a job they have to submit this documentation to their boss that will then have to review everything then sign off on the job. If the boss isn’t satisfied they have to fix it. This level a quality checks I have not seen in a very long time. This is rare and ultimately the very thing that sold me. Clearly there’s a level of concern for quality in the business. Not even the larger companies could reassure me the quality checks that 1st choice did. I supposed if the technicians do the job right the first time, there’s less of a chance of getting called back out to fix something. I hope I don’t have to call anybody out for quite a while. However, if I do need to I now have a go to HVAC contractor. 1st Choice Mechanical should be everybody’s first choice. I forgot to mention the hotel guarantee!!! If during the warranty period the equipment breaks and 1st choice is unable to fix it within 24 hours. You can go to any hotel if your choice and 1st choice will pay for it. I would rather not have to deal with items breaking however, that’s a very comforting guarantee should anything unexpected happen. Especially in the AZ heat!

We were very happy with the very quick response to have our heater fixed. The current model we had was 10 years old and we decided to replace and upgrade. Brandon L and Justin M were extremely professional, efficient and guaranteed we had all questions answered. It’s always a surprise having to spend additional money without notice however we know we made the right choice and with the right company. We are happy to have an upgraded AC/HEAT UNIT and glad to have good guys to call for any trouble we may have. Thank you!
