The technicianJared was super friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain things. He arrived exactly on time, which was really nice. The scheduler was able to fit me in on the day I called. My neighbor recommended this company to me and I am so glad that he did! My AC went out in August, in AZ! They responded to my calls immediately and had a repair man to my house very quickly. I had interactions with the owner and a few of their employees. Every single person in this company were professional, knowledgeable, and just down right kind. I am not sure if this is a family owned and operated business but it sure felt like one. I was so impressed by the service I received I signed up for their maintenance program. 1st Choice made me a customer for life. I cannot say how grateful I am to have found them. Don't go any where else! This is the company you will want to have to take care of your home. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Ac tune-up. they came within the specified window of time and answered all our questions about our AC system. Recommendations were made and estimates provided with options They seemed very knowledgeable and at no time did they ever seemed anxious to move on to the next customer. They also installed a whole home Reme Halo Air Purification System which has a 7 year limited warranty. They were respectful of our home by wearing shoe covers and masking off the area below the attic access and laying tarps on the floor.

James showed up quickly and was knowledgeable and friendly. He informed me of the price for diagnostics before starting and found the issue quickly once he inspected the HVAC. He let me know the price for the repairs and made sure I was comfortable with it before starting. He then repaired the issue and got everything working. I was impressed with the work and had him perform the biannual maintenance on my HVAC as well. I am very happy with the service and have signed up for there monthly maintenance plan.
