Oscar and Sean were great with installing the components in a timely manner and made sure that it was functioning and ready to go before departure. The team at State 48 was great to work with. They accommodated my work schedule for both the free estimate and replacement of my ac unit. They were in and out in one afternoon, followed up to make sure everything was working and to my satisfaction. After significant research and multiple bids I decided to give my business to Peter and team at State 48, very happy with their service. Very knowledgeable and wanted to provide real solutions for my HVAC system instead of just pushing larger units or other “add-ons” that ultimately don’t make the difference I’m looking for. They even worked a 12hr install day to get 99% of the work completed in one day (2 units with a lot of duct modifications). Great experience from beginning to end, strongly recommend to anyone.

The Hvac in your home is a large investment and I did my homework when choosing the contractor. I ended up going with State 48 for several reasons.

1. Every review I read about State 48 was outstanding, and when looking at some of the pictures of previous jobs they had done you could tell that they took pride in their work.
2. When Peter came to my home to give me a quote he was very knowledgeable and gave me recommendations based on the questions he asked.
3. Excellent price and great Rheem equipment.
4. Oscar the installer cares about craftsmanship which is pretty much unheard of these days.

I recently retired and my thermostat was programed on my company phone. I called and originally just asked for instructions on how to download and program the app on my new cellphone.
Peter Bartos, the owner, insisted that he would have someone come out the next day and program it for me. Now that is customer service.

Peter, Oscar and Sean have been great to work with! They recently replaced both of our 15 year old units and we couldn't be happier.
