Anthony and Gabe came out and explained everything and did a professional job. I'm very satisfied with their product and service. We had blown in cellulose insulation and already feel cooler inside our home on the first day of completion, I highly recommend this company.

I have used State48 now for multiple services and I can't express enough how great their customer service is. Peter is always so quick to answer the phone and always remembers my name. I had Sean come out to the house for a quote on a brand new unit and he was so informative and made me feel comfortable with all of my options. I cannot recommend this company enough!

We had a new ac unit installed in early April and I am very pleased. Sean Meier made the process so easy. The crew Stefan Quam and Chris Aramburo were wonderful. Everyone was professional and the install was completed on time. I will use this company now for my future services.

We were looking to have our HVAC system replaced and get additional insulation and based on a friend’s recommendation, I called State 48 Home Services. It was a Sunday when I called and but Sean picked up the call and spent the time explaining things to me and set up an appointment. He worked around our schedule and quoted a reasonable price for the work. We signed the contract and the new system was put in within a week. This was amazing since we could only be available on Fridays! The installers called on their way out and got the job done quicker than we thought.
When I called to verify the insulation install, which is put in after the HVAC was put in, Sean again spent time answering my questions about the insulation as well as the 5 year annual maintenance we have for or HVAC.
I have to say it was a great experience overall! Sean was super attentive and available and the installers called when they left and gave us an ETA. The A/C works great and we are very happy with the service! Thanks Sean and State 48!

We are so impressed with this company! We called out so many companies and they all quoted us real quick and left. Not with Anthony, he stayed and answered all of our many questions and even showed us the different types of insulation out there; That I truly appreciated. Anthony, Gabe and Austin not only took their time with our home and did a fantastic job but they also left our home perfectly clean! I would highly recommend this company and these particular men to take care of your home! Trust me on this one. Save yourself some time.

Our AC stopped working. I had an error message on my thermostat that the wiring on the thermostat was incorrect.
Long story short; I couldn’t figure it out and I called State 48. I explained my problem in detail to Peter and he said he’d try to get someone out same, probably.
Sean from State 48 called me about an hour later and said he could fit me in. Sean was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He listened well and explained everything thoroughly so I understood. The problem wasn’t a typical issue and Sean figured it out. Everything was resolved in a couple of hours. My house now cool again.

Unlike other providers in the valley, the entire process was low pressure.The team was incredibly knowledgable and answered all of my questions. Peter, owner at State 48 Home Services, rescued me in June, 2021 when my rental home needed a new A/C unit. So this year, knowing that my home unit was going to die soon, I called Peter for the lowdown on prices and availability. Bottom line... I ended up with a great Bosch 19 Seer unit at a price I couldn't refuse. Oscar and Rodolfo did the install. They should be commended for their professional and orderly work. They even reworked the ducting to let the new system run at peak efficiency. Also, kudos to Sean who came over later for a post install inspection. A team win!

My home needed more attic Insulation.
After many different quotes, I found State 48 to be the best. Great communication and professional quality work. My homes attic is very tight and hard to do any work in. State 48 showed up on time and did above and beyond quality work. The best price and I'm very happy with their work.
I would recommend them and will be using them again.

Sean ordered the exact parts needed 2 new registers, 2 heat pumps,thermostats! Stefan and Gabe were the installers did a great job and made sure we knew how to program new thermostats ,I recommend this company
