Amazing service, amazing quality, great people.

Sean Meier, Aaron Templeton, and Oscar Were the three people that helped inspect, purchase, and install my system. From the call to the install was a grand total of 3 days. Sean was extremely helpful with showing me the options, how the system functioned, the items he suggested to buy, as well as what would best fit my house and lifestyle. He was very attentive, and responded extremely quickly. After the air conditioner (and duct work) was installed sean came over, double checked the work, and answered any additional questions I had.

Aaron and Oscar were the team that removed, installed, and organized the transport of the trashed old system. Aaron took me through all of the options of the new thermostat, explained his suggestion on how he runs it in his house, answered every single question I asked (which I promise was a lot of them), and programmed into the thermostat the number to call if I had issues. They also went above and beyond by vacuuming some of my garage after cleaning up the debris from the old grate.

I would buy from them in a heartbeat. Their employees genuinely care and take the time to make sure every install is legendary. I genuinely can’t think of a thing they could improve upon, and with a free ten year warranty on all parts and free two years of service, I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else.

Thank you guys, you are as good as it gets. If I could give 100 stars, I would.

Sean Meier and Aaron Templeton offered an amazing customer service experience. They were friendly, thorough, and they explained everything so we understood what they were doing and how we could best maintain our system. We were so relieved they could assist us in a timely manner as our AC was broken, and it was over 100 degrees. Other companies couldn’t get out until a day or so later. We are gratefully nice and cool!

Chris and Sean did a very thorough job of maintenance on my ac and furnace. These guys are professional, experienced and on time. Very courteous and explains whatever you need.. super job!! I’ve used state 48 for both my homes and will keep coming back!

Great service, great value. I had two Rheem 16 seer Classic air conditioners installed in place of the old York units. The whole job was finished in one day. So much better than the York AC units.

Peter replaced an aging system unit some years ago, so when it came time to build our new house we turned to him. Our builder complimented Oscar's clean installation and quality of work. Sean trained us and has answered every question we had on the new system, and just replaced our air filters after a year without any issues. We recommend State 48 whenever the topic comes up.

Sean Meier was at our door at arranged time! Very knowledgeable and courteous! Could get us in for a new A/C system within a week! After System was installed, he personally made sure the thermostats were up and running and properly scheduled! Not only that, he took it upon himself to repair wires hidden in the walls!
The install crew were unbelievable in all they got out from the attic and out to the curb! Everything installed during the heat of the day!

It's been almost a year since replacing my 2 A/C units and air handler so here's my review.
I decided on getting 5 different estimates and to thouroughly evaluate all aspects of replacing my HVAC system when my 20 year old units just were no longer getting the job done.
I recently retired so I figured this size cashectomy deserved my undivided attention. 2 well known Valley companies were like bad time-share pitches and were so outlandishly high I felt dirty after they came to the house. They actually called me back several times afterward pressuring me that getting the other estimates was foolish. How weird is that?
The other 2 were pretty competitive but simply didn't compare with State 48. The brand quality of the units I got was far superior and higher seer rated. After I shook hands on the deal they got everything done in a matter of days and I have not had any issues at all. The new units are super quiet, the house has been seamlessly cool or warm as needed and my electric bill is WAY better.
Do your job and get at least 3 estimates, but I highly recommend you include these guys when you do. I bet you'll end up choosing them.

State 48 installed a new A/C system March, 2021. They are very professional, efficient, and at a great price. They followed up to make sure I got the system checked as it's been a year. Sean called me an hour ahead to let me know he was coming and was very respectful and friendly. He arrived on time with a friendly greeting. He got on the roof, checked out the system, came inside and ran the unit. Sean provided an update and left. I appreciate the great job this company has done.

Our air conditioning unit decided to break during Arizona’s heat wave week. We had three major companies lined up for quotes - but we ran into this company because they are recognized by the best manufacturers for air conditioning units. We called to find out if they could look into our warranty - which they did without a sales pitch from their end. They also came to our house immediately to go over our options. The fact that they had offered to bring us a portable AC if our AC didn’t make it until we made our decision was genuine and showed very much compassion. We have huge dogs we can’t easily just haul into the nearest hotel or leave behind without air conditioning. The other companies had quoted me over 70% for just the unit - this team actually installed another ventilation for us in a very high and slanted ceiling, cleaned/repaired ducts, double checked our insulation and also checked our wiring for the thermostat & went over the unit and how the features work for Bosch. The entire cost for our services was much less than the major companies offering just the unit itself. Their price for their services was 70% less than the major companies quoted and they back their products for much longer than all of those major companies. Easily trusted because they are recognized by the manufacturers. The team that installed the unit in our house - Aaron, Oscar, and Rodolfo, went above and beyond. Before starting any work they came in and installed a portable ac unit for our dogs and made sure they were out of the heat. We were able to remain home the entire day off of this unit. One of the best (actually the only) experiences I’ve had with home repairs - amazed with their workmanship. Not a minute was wasted, they worked hard and made sure we were taken care of. The main person we communicated with - Aaron, his confidence and positivity in his work & team was great, made our day. I am so thankful for their services today, made this experience much better entirely.

Amazing experience! A/C replaced, and added a return to hottest part of the house and a supple line to an addition. I totally recommend State 48 Home Services! Their pricing beat the competition. Sean Meier, Service Manager is honest, which is so hard to find in A/C industry he is easy to work with. I completely trusted he had my best interest in mind at all times. Aaron C.
