We used State 48 to have new insulation blown in our attic. We got a courtesy text from Gabe letting us know expexted time of arrival. He arrived with a team member, Austin. Both were friendly, professional and were in and out the house without damaging anything or creating any mess. Ultimately these two worked together well and got the job done in a reasonable time. They even took the time to dust off a few areas on their way out.

I was very impressed with the technicians, Anthony, Austin and Gabe who came to install the blow in insulation in my attic space. They were timely and very neat and overall provided great value. I would highly recommend State 48 Home Services.

My system was down and I was not sure who to call. I actually tried somebody else first. I reported my situation as non emergency. My instinct told me to call State 48. I called. My call was returned within the hour and Sean Meier has been here and fixed the problem. Sean was upfront and honest and it turned out that the problem was minor. I was so impressed with his service and the fact that my situation was just as urgent as the next call. I decided to get my ducts cleaned. I am still waiting to hear from the other company. Guess my non emergency issue was not worth it to them.

Since State 48 replaced both of my HVAC systems in 2020, they have been professional, on time, have kept every promise and exceeded my expectations in every way. Today their AC tech, Sean, did my annual AC checkup. He was on time and reported both my systems had the required coolant were performing at specified levels. After changing all my filters he scheduled my furnace check up for September.
