If you need a new AC and furnace, look no further! We met with State 48 on a Tuesday to go over what we needed in a new system and it was installed on Wednesday by 2 pm. Sean, was honest and professional. He ascertained our needs and made sure one of our bedrooms was adjusted to make it cooler. They installed a new vent and fixed the existing ductwork. The bedroom is cool now, and that was not the case! We purchased an air filtration system along with a new thermostat. It pairs with my phone and it enables me to adjust heat or AC no mater where we are! They also sell insulation, so we are having that put in our garage.
I could go on and on. State 48 is locally owned and operated. They sold us what we needed and more. Oscar and Victor did an amazing job with the installation. And left the job site clean. It's so refreshing to find a great HVAC company that delivers what we purchased. Finally, we had called other companies and my call went to voicemail. Peter, the owner, answered my call. Our HVAC system has performed flawlessly with routine filter changes performed by us and scheduled maintenance performed by State 48 every six months!

It all started with a visit from Peter. Peter quickly assessed the life expectancy of my 1983 A/C unit. Not unexpectedly, a new you was proposed and approved. The installers, Oscar and Victor, did a phenomenal job installing my new hvac unit. I am disabled and they were extremely polite, courteous and respectful, taking time to address any questions or concerns I might have. They even added a handicapped friendly door to access the air handler, to allow me to easily change the filter! I highly recommend 48 State Home Services.
