Our a/c unit broke down during the peak of summer all while having a 9 month old baby, the owner Peter was able to schedule us on our only day off. Aaron Templeton and Oscar abril were super friendly but also very quick and efficient. They installed a two ton rheem package unit and they also installed all new duct work. It only took them 5 hours to install everything which I thought was insanely fast which just goes to show you how skilled they are. As soon as they finished and turned the new a/c unit on it instantly became cooler, so shout out to state 48 home services for literally making our home livable again.

I couldn’t write a long enough review for State 48 and how great of a company these guys are. The transparency, communication, follow-through, pricing, and service were top notch. Sean Meier, the service manager, sold us the unit and was in lockstep communication through the entire installation process. They even came back to insulate ductwork and install an additional add-on component that we requested FREE of charge. This was above and beyond the scope of the job, they just did it anyways. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. If you need any HVAC repairs/installation look no further. Thank you State 48 for the new system!

I've had the good fortune to meet Aaron, Sean and some of their crew, who are awesome, and they've gone above and beyond and that makes me feel great about my decision to use State 48.

I reached out to this company and inquired about having an extra 12 inches of insulation blown into my attic to help the cooling system with the summer heat, Anthony reached out to me and scheduled a time to meet and do estimates based on our needs. The estimate was super smooth anthony explained everything and didn't over sell me anything. We agreed on terms of the upgrade needed and set a date. The day came and anthony and Oscar were right on time . These gentlemen were as curtious and professional as it gets. When they were done there wasn't a trace they ever were there. Still took time when the job was complete to answer any further questions I had even took time to talk a little football with me. Overall these guys get 10 stars my wife and myself are extremely pleased with the job these gentlmen did. I live in an older home built in 1960 so I don't get heat or A/C in the enclosed sun room so, Sean Meier the Service Manager, came by the house to see what could be done.
He told me about the mini split A/C
He checked everything out & it would fit right where I needed it..in the sun room.
Two days later everything was a go.
Kent, the Electrician showed up to get me wired. He was done in no time and
Oscar and Rodolfo showed up to put the unit in. By noon or 1 p.m. they had an old a/c taken out of the wall started installing my new mini split a/c, heater in the wall.
These guys were nothing but professionals, but kept busy and had it installed, plus something they didn't have to do, But did, was paint the wall where it was repaired.
They cleaned up all the mess that came with installing my unit.
I can't say enough about Oscar & Rodolfo and the hard work they accomplished in such a short time.
Before they left, Oscar gave me a run-through to show me how the remote worked the unit. The both of them can come back any time. Very polite.
Sean came by the house to check every thing out & take pictures.

Sean provided the ultimate customer service, over communicated, showed up early, and saved us money on the service. Caught a couple key issues and fixed them without charging extra. We had a hot bedroom that he was able to help fix with some quick Tweeks to the system. State 48 is a white glove company that not only provides great service but is invested in the Phoenix community. Take a min to research bloom 365 and all the great things the owners family is doing for our great state!

Sean Meier is THE best, a true MVP. He has helped us with our AC system after it’s broken down and malfunction (i would say) many times!

He is very responsive and actually explains and educates you in what is happening with your system and what he is doing to fix it. If I could give him 1000 stars I would.
