I made the appointment with State 48 and Sean came over. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the AC system. He explained it really well the process from beginning to the end. The installation team installed the 2 units in a day. They did the clean job. Sean came back after installation and check the system to make sure everything way running good. Had great initial consultation with Sean! Very knowledgeable, very informed! Helped me to make decision to use State 48 Home Services for new HVAC system and new thermostats along with new water heater! Their technicians are great! Aaron Corona walked me through every step and was very knowledgeable and most pleasant to deal with. Rudolfo Quintana was also great ! Their technicians are great I can’t say enough! I purchased my system from them 3 years ago. I was completely impressed then, and remain completely impressed over the years!! ANY little issue such as the drain pipe displaced in a storm, thermostat not working correctly, ANYTHING, take one text message and I have a response within minutes and same day resolution! Last Wednesday the system wasn’t cooling. The technician, Sean went above and beyond, came out after hours and replaced a part. Problem solved!! BEST Customer Service, BEST Company!!!!! HIGHLY recommended!!!

Sean Meier was a huge help during the entire front to back process. I’d recommend this company for many reasons but Sean was biggest reason.

Our AC unit for our main floor failed. 108 outside 86 degrees in the house. My wife is a real estate agent and State 48 home services came highly recommended. We called to setup an appointment. Sean Meier the service manager called back within an hour to make an appointment for the next day. Sean Was on timed did a through inspection of our failed unit, the air handler in the attic and went over all his findings in detail. Based on finding we needed to replace the unit. Sean gave us 4 options and answered all our questions. After talking it over we went with the 3rd option which was a variable unit but not the most expensive. Sean was able to make an install appointment 3 days out and all the parts were in stock at their warehouse. on day of install Oscar called me 30 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. They were right on schedule. Oscar arrived , did a quick site survey and got right to work prepping the site for the installation. Rodolfo arrived shortly after and they worked quickly to remove the failed equipment from both the upstairs attic as well as the outside unit. it was a big job. they replaced all of the components of the handler and the outside unit, installed two ecobee thermostats so that the upstairs and downstairs units could be controlled remotely, programmed the thermostats, made sure the system was charged and that cool air was flowing as expected. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. very through, professional, courteous, and knowledgable. will definitely use them again for any AC issues

Sean Meier, from 48 State Home Services, was proactive and called to make an appointment for our a/c checkup. They had installed three units plus a hot water heater about 3 years prior and this appointment was to do routine maintenance. When Sean went up in the attic, he could smell gas. He did a quick liquid test to determine the leak location but could not locate it. He called SW Gas and reported the leak. He stayed at the house until SW arrived. After SW shut down the gas, Sean completed his maintenance checks and completed the job. Sean far exceeded my expectations! His dedication to customer service is second to none! Thank you, Sean, and thank you to the entire 48 State team. Best decision I ever made was to award 48 State Home Services our business three plus years ago!

Very happy with this company and their staff. Got many quote, gonna say the were not the most or the cheapest bid. I did however feel like Sean explained why things need to be done, he listen to all of our concerns and was very personable, no high pressure sales. The owner was available to him while Seanwas at our home to answer any questions on timing and availability of the system. The installation team was neat and friendly, cleaned up everything very nicely, work on Saturday...nothing but good things to say about them.
This was one of many home projects we have had done and by far the least stressful. High recommendation.
