Cool Zone Air Conditioning & Heating

I've had 3 service calls at 2 different locations. The tech has always explained his report, answered my questions, and thoroughly explained his recommendations. This tech / company was solely SERVICE driven NOT $$$$.
I HIGHLY recommend realtors, home buyers, and home sellers to call COOL ZONE to obtain a professional assessment of HVAC systems.

Dakota was a lifesaver today. He came promptly and easily repaired our ac issue. He thankfully had the part with him.

The technician Ryan, showed up right on time for appt. Introduced himself and discussed any concerns I had & went to work checking out our Heat Pump/AC. He was very courteous & friendly and discussed options on thermostat controls with me and completed service in about an hour. I will recommend Cool Zone to other neighbors at PEM.

Cool Zone is a great company, the tech was on time ,very polite and courteous as well as the lady taking the calls, reasonably priced there in business to help people and not out to rip people off this company is legit and I give them a 5 star review, highly recommend.

On time and no selling of warranty or new products! Full Inspection of Heat and Air at inexpensive price and added more to A/C unit!
This guy Ryan was good and explained all and glad i was referred by my heating and Air go- to in Colorado to get the go- to people in Arizona!
Their receptionist Danette Conway also picks up on the call on first ring and sets appt right up to your convenience of time and location !

Our A/C quit on a 113 degree day. I feared that an appt would be days away, but I called early afternoon, got a 6-8 pm time, tech called half hour ahead, came out and repaired the a/c.

Byron was on time and very Professional for a young man. He informed us every step of the way of possible cost and options. He diagnosed a bad transformer after a small amount of time and repaired the unit. I will be using this company again and requesting this technician. Great job Byron.

My Tech Dakota was very thorough and explained everything to my satisfaction. There were no problems with my A/C and I feel confident that I should be okay for the summer. Thanks to Danette and Dakota for taking care of me.
