Just had Cool Zone install 2 brand new heat pump units, update our duct work, iwave cleaners and the ecobee thermostats. The entire team is incredibly professional, hardworking and knowledgeable. Upgrading our systems is a huge investment, but the entire team made us feel like they were working on their own home, ensuring we understood everything along the way. They maintained cleanliness and ensured that our carpet and home were protected along the way. At the end of each install day, we were briefed on the progress and as mentioned, they left our house in the same way as it was before they arrived. This was by far the best experience we could have imagined, and we cannot recommend Cool Zone to enough!

Ryan came out and serviced our units, he was very courteous and professional. After he was done examining the units he came and explained what was going on. What I appreciated the most was that he was honest and didn’t try to “sell” me on spending thousands of dollars on things like I have had previously happen with other companies. He even took me outside and showed me pictures of the parts and what they did so I understood. Definitely a great experience and will continue to give this company business.

From the moment I stopped by the office, everything was handled professionally, timely,
and their communications went very smoothly. Danette was very informative and helpful with giving me options, and communicating throughout the process.
Dakota came the following day (Friday), on time to check out my old unit, and let me know the new install would be scheduled. Danette called on Monday to let me know that they could install the next day. Byron and Tylor arrived Tuesday again on time, and completed the removal and replacement in good time. I could not have asked for a better experience!! An A+ recommendation for Cool Zone.

A competitor gave me a quote to replace an AC Coil. I contacted several AC companies to validate that quote was accurate. Come to find out, I was being overcharged by $1500.00. Cool Zone was very quick to respond and get the replacement Coil. They replaced the Coil in a couple hours. The technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. Needless to say, I have discontinued my service plan with Parker and Sons and signed up with Cool Zone.

Justin was very helpful and professional. He answered any questions and concerns we had, also was friendly and respectful!

I was told by my AC repairman that I needed to replace AC refrigerant. I have never heard such a thing - sounded more like replacing air in your tires. I found Dave's (at Cool Zone Air) article on this topic and called him up for a second opinion. What a wonderful guy - he gave me the whole 101 on cases where refrigerant may get burnt, spent time with me, though knowing that I was too far away from AZ to bring him business. There was so much patience with uneducated customer and pride for his profession. May people like this stay in business. Such a pleasure dealing with Cool Zone Air.

Great service on a Sunday and a holiday weekend from Byron Cronk the technician at Coolzone.

110 degrees out and my A/C goes out. Danette answered my call and unbelievably had a technician at my house within an hour and a half. Byron arrived and was nothing but respectful, informative regarding my options, and extremely friendly. He got my unit up and blowing cold air within minutes. This company is really doing something right as I can't remember the last time I received such awesome customer service all the way around. I would give 6 stars if I could. VERY highly recommend!!

Always on time or early. Very friendly and knowledgeable. A great company to deal with. Everyone I have dealt with from that company are great.
