Justin was great & professional! Called before arrival and showed up on time! Did routine maintenance and even replaced my filters for me! Quickly replaced items on my unit that will not only make it run great for the upcoming summer but will also save me from future, more expensive repairs!

Justin saved us when our AC went out. He came same day, was very attentive and helpful, and got the problem fixed for us. We will definitely be using them again!

I purchased a labor warranty and ,called, ,,,D,anette, ,,and sent several emails. Last we spoke it was to be mailed a couple weeks ago. Going on allmost,one in half month. Want paper copies was my request still not received

Cool Zone did a great job repairing my ancient unit, fair pricing, professional service.

Dakota, the service technician, did a great job examining my air conditioner to make sure that everything was running well. He replaced a part and explained why it needed to be changed out. The photos he used to explain the issue were helpful too. Also, Danette was super friendly and helpful on the phone when I called to schedule the appointment.

Dakota and team always do an amazing job! They installed an entirely new system for me last year and they've kept running flawlessly.
