Cool Zone Air Conditioning & Heating

My fiancé and I use CoolZone for both of our properties here in AZ and they do an exceptional job every time for a competitive price. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic! We are also Realtors here in the valley and we recommend them to all of our clients . Highly recommend to all in need of any air conditioning or heating issues! A+ service every time!!! We had just serviced our unit in early April and it was fine. Then last week, it just completely shut off and would not turn on, no fan, nothing. It is an OLD unit and we knew that it was probably done. Dave came out and confirmed that our unit was done, no charge. They wrote us up a quote the next day and as much as we all hate to have to buy a new unit, that was what was needed. They brought us two portable units to use in the mean time as there was some custom metal work that needed to be done in order to install the new unit. Jose showed up at the time he said he would and man, he put in a lot of work to get our old unit out, as well as removing our nonworking swamp cooler. He had a long day in the hot sun, but he got it done. From Danette in the office, to Dave the owner, coming out personally, who knew my dad who had passed away and offered condolences, to Jose, who is awesome by the way, and Byron's professionalism in picking up the portables and helping poor Jose get the heck out of here, they are a great group of people. I used them initially because my dad did before he passed away last year and I do not regret in using them, following in his footsteps. They are great people, we hate the price of replacing a unit (who doesn't?) but with labor and all that work in the heat, it is understandable why they cost what they do, to get them up there. They are fair, kind, and honest in my opinion. Our family will continue to use them for many years to come.

Today Patrick came out to check up on our new AC unit that Cool Zone installed last summer and also to perform a checkup on our other old AC unit. He was great! Actually everyone at Cool Zone is great to work with. We love doing business with this company and appreciate their honestly and integrity.

Highly unprofessional! Only 1 tech was on time and courteous and did outstanding work! I believe his name was William. The others on the crew were lazy and unprofessional! I definitely will not be calling for their service again, I may get sent the lazy unprofessional squad!

Glad I found Cool Zone Air on Yelp. From the initial phone call to the actual service, this experience was awesome! Excellent customer service from their service technician Byron, he explained everything thing he was doing as well as gave me some tips for the thermostat and ac unit. This is theeeeee BEST company around. They are professional and clean and they arrive when they say they will. Dakota came out today to repair our unit and he was great. He explained everything in easy to understand terms. This company will not leave you hanging...they work until the problem is solved. Great service and I will never go anywhere else for a/c and heating needs

My technician, Dakota was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, arrived right when he said he would. He did an excellent job replacing our blower motor and getting the AC back on. I'll absolutely use Cool Zone again.

We had a fantastic experience with Dave. He was friendly, informative and helpful. The technicians that did our install were also very friendly and polite. We talked to multiple other companies but decided to go with cool zone because of the amazing customer service experience and competitive prices.

Last Sunday when my AC was not working properly I I checked on Yelp for a highly reviewed air conditioning repair company. Luckily I found Cool zone air conditioning.I went ahead to call the number listed did not think I would be able to reach anyone but luckily I did speak to Ryan. Ryan was very helpful he was able to come out the same day and repair the problem during the visit I would say the whole thing took less than two hours. I will recommend Cool zone air conditioning both here on Google and and Yelp to anyone I speak to. They had the best service, best price and helped me out on a 103 degree Arizona day.
