If we could give more than 5 stars I would! Our unit gave out at 10:30pm I called they were closed. I didn’t even leave a message and I received a text at 5:44 am asking if we still needed service. Dakota was here at 8am and the unit was running at 9:00am. This was the best service I have ever received from setting the appointment to pricing and the repair. Dakota was friendly, knowledgeable and honest.

Bryon and Tyler did a wonderful job installing our new Carrier A/C system along with changing out our gas heat over to electric. Removing the old system and installing the new took a full day, they both were professional and easy to ask questions about the process making sure we happy. The service manager Dave also came out the inspect the work. Our sales rep Dakota did the final walk through and check everything out and answered our questions on the thermostat. We are so impressed how quiet this new Carrier system runs and look forward to the savings on our electric bill. Gentleman we appreciate you along with Danette in the office who was also wonderful to speak with for scheduling from the beginning. We will tell all our neighbors and friends you are the best!

Great service! They showed up same day and got the unit fixed within an hour. Dakota was very informative and layer out all the options for us. Very affordable pricing as well.

My ac went out. Jay was here first thing in the morning. They were ready to have my ac installed in the next day. The price was reasonable and with a 10 year warranty. What are you waiting for? Give them a call! 5 star

The dreaded A/C was not working properly. Called Cool Zone Air on a Saturday evening and they came out the following morning. Byron was very polite and professional. Found the the issue and fixed the unit quickly. Will definitely call again if needed.

We were dreading having to replace our AC units but we had a great experience working with Cool Zone Air. Dakota and Byron were very knowledgeable and helped us with all of our questions and concerns. They always arrived on time, and made sure we were happy with the new units taking great pride in their work. It took the sting out of making such a large purchase and we are very happy with the service we received. We will be using them for many years to come!

Amazing experience overall. My first meeting with Dekota was great. He was honest, very sincere and pretty much understood my situation. He gave the opportunity to get my money worth. The system is great . The installation crew were very professional, they respected my home and they did a very good job.

The install crew did a great job & kept us informed throughout the process. Dakota did the walkthrough and noticed that our air grate on inside of house needs replacing and said he would have them come out next week and replace the grate for a louvre type. He helped us out on our new thermostat. Overall a good job.
