Cool Zone Air Conditioning & Heating

We found this company when we needed service for our 20 year old Carrier heat pumps. Their service was so good over a couple of years that we then had them replace our two units last spring. We met with other companies but this was one of the few that didn’t try to oversell us. The owner is very involved and has earned our trust as has Ryan who has provided all our service. We would highly recommend them and the Carrier units we have found to be reliable work horses.

Update: Just received annual maintenance and am again very pleased with service. Dakota was very good at explaining what he was doing and gave me some tips on what to expect and watch for during the extreme heat we get. We remain a very loyal client!

Cool zone is the only way to go when it comes to any ac needs! We had our system go out right when temperatures hit 110+ in Az. Called them out that day and they were out next day. Our unit was done and had to be replaced. They left us a temporary ac unit for our room so we could get by until install was completed. Cool zones crew was very informative and answered all my questions I had or concerns. The install was so professional and looked so excellent once done. Our house is now nice and cold and ready to get us thru many more summers to come in AZ. Thank you cool zone for our new carrier and great customer service!

AC went out some time Saturday night. Reached out to several companies that morning for help and the soonest I could get a tech was Monday afternoon. Needless to say I was a little concerned as the inside temperature was reaching 90 degrees. Cool Zone was my last call and it should have been my first. The receptionist was kind and informative. She said I could have someone out between 1-3. I asked “today?”with tears in my eyes. “Yes.” She replied. The tech reached out to me 30mins before his arrival. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and even made some jokes. He explained the situation and offered a great maintenance plan going forward. I would highly recommend Cool Zone.

Update: 5 stars down to 2... Tried ripping me off on a repair. Quoted nearly 4X labor vs another Carrier dealer. Original review: Have used these guys for a few years now and have always been impressed with their honesty and integrity. Just bought a whole new system from them and am extremely satisfied. They always explain the pros and cons of all options without any pressure. Service is top notch. Very highly recommend Cool Zone.

Dakota was my service guy. He was very friendly and professional. I did not know I had a gas furnace, I just bought the mobile home a couple months ago. He said the furnace was was pretty old. He lit the pilot light and I have heat. The price of service was amazing. These guys will be my service guys from here on out. Thankyou for honest work!!

Dakota was on time preformed a detailed preventative maintenance inspection and was a pleasure to work with.

The owner came out on July 5th and took a look at the system and knew right away I had a bad system. Knew it was coming. He sent a tech out on Tuesday to get us a portable so we had something for my kids to stay cool. Saturday morning 3 awesome techs showed up nice and early, Tyler, Brandon, and Eddie. 3 awesome guys working hard in the excessive heat to get my family back up and running. All new carrier products, had me back up and cooling with a brand new system within a matter of hours. These guys were great! Polite, worked hard, cleaned up after the install like they were never here, and got it done. I had the pleasure of talking with all 3 techs while here which was great. I got to learn a few things a long the way. I have nothing but great respect for these 3 gentleman and the company. Dave the owner has a great crew and I would recommend them anytime of the day. Thank you to Cool Zone and the crew for getting my family cooling again. After 12 hours of running we are feeling great and cool!

I couldn't be any happier with how the process went. From the first call through the installation the process was easy, informative and not nearly as daunting as I was dreading. The crew of Byron, Will and Tyler just left after installing my new A/C system and they were timely efficient friendly and professional throughout. I highly recommend this company and these people.
