Cool Zone Air Conditioning & Heating

My air conditioning stopped cooling but was still blowing air. Called Cool Zone on a Sunday night and had a tech scheduled right the next day, Dakota was our tech and was very friendly, professional and seemed very knowledgeable and honest. He replaced a capacitor and had our ac unit up and running in no time and at a very reasonable price. Totally recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs.

The Cool Zone team is one of the most honest, professional, decent teams I have worked with for services related to my home, and genuinely good people. From the very start, when my ancient A/C unit blew out during the heat of August, Dave was quick to reply to my emergency request, Ryan did a great job assessing the situation and mapping out options and Danette got us scheduled immediately. Byron, Jose and Lupe acted as a true team not just a cobbling together of different contractors as you get with other companies, and spent extra time showing me how to program the new thermostat. I just had Byron out today for a service check and he went the extra mile. Truly a great team, full of integrity and actual care. Refreshing!!

Question: Who do you call when your air conditioning goes out on a Friday and it is 117° outside?

Answer: COOL ZONE!!!

Our air conditioning went out on a Friday and it was 117° outside and 90° inside our house. We called Cool Zone at 10am and Danette answered promptly. After we explained our situation, Danette said not to worry and she would make sure that we were taken care of as quickly as possible and that somone would be there today.

Danette had Dave (the owner) at our house in 4 hours!

Dave assessed the problem, told us what was wrong and said he was going to buy the correct parts to fix it permanently instead of doing a quick temporary fix. Dave immediately returned and fixed the issue. He did not leave until he made sure the entire system was working properly and our house was cooling down.

I asked Dave why he, as the owner of Cool Zone did not send one of his technicians out instead of himself. He told me that he was helping his technicians out to make sure they were able to go home to their families and to ensure Cool Zone could get every customer taken care of... espically on a 117° Friday.

Danette could have easily told us they were booked and made us wait until Monday or charged extra for a weekend call out. Dave could have sent someone else or just done a quick fix.Instead, they took care of us on a Friday afternoon, fixed it correctly, and made sure we in the Cool Zone!

We had just purchased a home and the A/C went out in the middle of summer. We contacted a few companies and decided to go with Cool Zone based off of the their professionalism, knowledge, and integrity.
They were very personal, understanding and were not here for a “sale” they were genuine, genuinely cared and genuinely answered all questions.
They went above and beyond with the install and the service. They very clean and respectful to our home during the install when we were not home. We trusted them 100% while we were not home and will continue to use them and trust them for our yearly services if we are not home.
And a special thank you to Byron, he was here during our install and a follow up. He is very professional, polite and full of information! I would highly recommend this company to all of our family and friends. It is very hard to find a company like this !

Our technician Byron was the best! He was polite, professional, very thorough, and knowledgeable! We were very pleased with this company and highly recommend them. Our a/c broke on Sunday, we called and with in an hour they were here! Everyone we encountered from the phone call to the completion everyone was pleasant! In this crazy time we live in I must say our experience was the best and how refreshing to be treated so well!

Byron was the tech that came out and he did an awesome job. I will call this company and Tech again. They are very reasonable and they don't price gouge anybody. They are an awesome company. I will recommend them to all my friends.

I have used Cool Zone several times this past year, and they are phenomenal. They always answer the phone, everyone is knowledgable, they are always prompt, and have always been efficient - especially when fixing other technician's poor workmanship. I cannot say enough good things. Danette is the greatest!

COOL ZONE is BEYOND AMAZING!

My air conditioner was starting to struggle once the ‘ lovely’ Arizona summer heat went over 100 degrees.

I called them yesterday and told Danette that I was still getting some cool air~ it just is not cooling like it usually does, no rush if they are booked until next week .

Her reply, “ does between 8-10 am tomorrow work for you?”

Our technician Byron went above and beyond! He even called the manufacturers technical support line to check the specifications for my air conditioners model😊

Honesty and Integrity are what this company is all about. I had another AC company come out to our previous home and tell me my compressor was going out and I either needed to replace the compressor or buy a whole new AC. I called Cool Zone to buy the AC unit from but they said not so fast. Cool Zone checked the unit again and said that it was not the compressor but plugged condensation tubing. I did NOT needed a new AC as the first company told me. Cool Zone could have just accepted what the first company told me and sold me a new $6000 AC but they where honest and told me that was not the case. I did not need a new AC just a small repair.
We just this week had a new AC installed on our current home, Cool Zone is very professional, knowledgeable. Cool Zone will be getting all of our business.

When our A/C went out at 7pm right before putting our kids to bed, I was so worried! From the first contact everyone was so friendly and they sent someone out within an hour! Byron was friendly and informative and we are just so appreciative of how nice he was and how well he explained everything. He had everything fixed and up and running quickly.
