Chris and Jay are the best! I feel that they are unlike any other service company I have worked with. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and actually take the time to make you understand how home maintenance actually works. Moving forward, I won't use anyone else!

I highly recommend Jay's Cooling & Plumbing. Their prices are very reasonable (1/5th of the bid by a different company that installs gas lines), they had excellent communication and were on time, they WORKED HARD, they cleaned up after themselves, and they were nice. Overall, highly professional. Because I hired them to install a gas line, my brain hadn't thought about the fact that they do plumbing also :D, but after they reminded me, I scheduled them to come back for a plumbing job also. I plan to use them in the future to install a water purification system under my sink. I will continue to use Jay's Cooling & Plumbing in the future for whatever work I need that they can do.

These guys are the BEST in town when it comes to heating/cooling, gas, and plumbing! I’ve used them in the past for a full home AC replacement and decided to use them again, this time for a gas line. I like it when companies show up when they say they’re going to, ready to work. Their team came into our home, installed a gas line in our kitchen and were very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. They are honest and fair and I will use them again. Thank you Jay!

They installed a tank less hot water system plus they connected the propane to our new generator. These guys are awesome 👌

If it was possible to give higher than 5 stars I would. I used the Cooling and Plumbing Co for a plumbing repair. Jay took my incredibly stressful situation and turned it into a very positive experience. It was like talking to an old friend from the very beginning. The prices for repair were very fair and I never once felt like the repair needs were being exaggerated in order to inflate the cost. He sent me pictures of the completed repairs and it looked awesome. My tenants were happy. I am happy. I couldn't have asked for more. I will undoubtedly be calling Jay the next time I have an AC or plumbing need.

These plumbers came for a second opinion on a clogged kitchen sink. I was quoted a price by another company but it was five times as much and was possibly only one in line of the things that were listed to be done. Since I didn’t have to have my slab torn up, I only needed a drain cleaning. I am so happy to have my kitchen sink back and I very highly recommend this company!

I contacted Jay, who owns The Cooling & Plumbing Co. this morning because my AC Unit was leaking (pouring) from my bathroom ceiling where my AC Unit is located. Jay told me that his technicians would be here between two and five this afternoon, and the two gentlemen, Patrick & Michael, showed up a little after 2 o’clock. They were both so professional and kind to both me and my pets. They went in, evaluated the issue, and got the job done. They politely answered all of my questions, and before they left, made sure that all of my questions had been answered. Not only was I surprised that technicians actually showed up on time, because that never happens with other companies, but what really blew me away was that they cleaned up all the mess in my bathroom! I will definitely recommend The Cooling and Plumbing Co. to all of my friends and family, and I will continue to use them for my HVAC and plumbing needs to come. Oh ya, the best part is, this is a veteran owned company! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Words cannot describe how thankful I am for these guys! I called and spoke to Jay, he sent Chris, Patrick and Austin to my house to diagnose an issue I was having! They were very knowledgeable and friendly! Chris got down and unclogged my pipes! I never knew how backed up those could be! They came out and got the job done in no time at all!! Our AC went out randomly one day. Jay made sure we had a technician come out same day to assess then ended up replacing our 2 3ton units in our home about a month ago. Great pricing, professional and great work. No issues during the initial service and no issues since installation. Would definitely recommend and will be going to him for all our AC needs.

I rate this company a 5 because, Jay Monday, veteran and owned and operated of Cooling and Plumbing Co. has done many jobs at my residence. His employees are polite and courteous. a few years ago I needed my AC replaced. Jay came out did an assessment and redid much of the duct work so that my system could run more efficient. We noticed a decline in our electric bill of around 10%. The AC system is still running great. Jay served our country now he is ready to serve you. He is worth his expertise in this field.
