Our A/C went out during the middle of summer. Called Jay and he got a tech out here within 24hours and a new unit replaced and installed within two business days. He was open and honest about what needed to be done. Great service will continue to use in the future

Combination Toilet and Shower leak, contacted The Cooling and Plumbing Co. - worked with Jay and Patrick.
Best experience I've had. They come prepared to handle large array of the most common problems that are seen, not only equipped to do the job that ordered. A simple Toilet replacement turned into a bigger problem because my house is 20 years old and the issue was resolved as quickly as it was discovered. With very little to go on, the team knew exactly what I was trying to describe and demonstrated their years of experience and led confidently to a timely resolution.

The work was completed quickly and clean up was thorough and immaculate. I've worked with other contractors in the past and I've had to do a lot of clean up afterwards, of dust, debris, etc. When Patrick left the area in the bathroom was spotless, all leaks were resolved, new trim was polished, wiped down, floors were cleared of drywall dust, and all plumbing worked better then before.

Patrick was knowledgeable and tolerated my incessant questions. Provided advise and had a great conversation while he worked. For example, he took out a hand saw for the drywall and I asked him if he wanted to use my Reciprocating saw, he let me know that doing it by hand in this case is better because there's pipping and PBC behind the wall and he would rather feel it if he touches something he doesn't want to cut into. He was adaptable to the situation as the wall didn't have any studs to allow the drywall panel to be replaced and repaired, and
demonstrated cross-skill expertise in setting up the drywall guy for success to finish by anchoring it to some support beams he cut and installed into the drywall himself.

Overall extremely satisfied and will be trusting my home to them for many years to come.

Contacted Jay about getting our system serviced before the heat hits and Jay sent Patrick. He was on time and very knowledgeable about our system. We had a concern about the system and he reassured us that it was not an issue. (Issues are usually expensive) which translates to THESE GUYS ARE HONEST! I have had dealings with other companies and it always ends up with us spending a lot of extra money on parts we don’t know if we really needed. Not this time! They have integrity and are true professionals! THANK YOU!!!

I called Jay after a recommendation from Spencer’s because I needed my gas line line moved for my new gas range. He responded quickly and the next day, Michael and his associate actually showed up a little early and did a great job. They were professional, kind and very knowledgeable. They absolutely deserve their five star rating.

Kitchen faucet was leaking from multiple areas and needed some new parts. It’s now working beautifully. This team of professionals I highly recommend. I have used them for new ductwork and installing a new gas line. No one else could solve our issue with the air conditioning problem in our house and they did ! The gas pipeline to our stove was installed incorrectly when our home was built. So when we upgraded our range, it stuck out from the counter/cabinets about 3”.
I called the Cooling and Plumbing co and they sent someone the very next day. They were extremely professional, fast, and did a great job.
We will use them in the future for sure, and definitely recommend to family and friends.
