We needed a plumber on short notice for one of our rental properties in Gilbert (we live out of state). I was given Jay Monday's name by a friend. I contacted Jay on Friday before Easter & asked if he could be at the property on Monday since that was the tenants only day off that week. Jay quickly got back to me & made arrangements to be at the property first thing Monday morning. Jay was courteous, professional and promptly communicated all of the issues that morning. He sent us pictures, gave us options & went out of his way to keep it affordable. First impressions are everything & The Cooling & Plumbing Co earned a 5-Star rating for that reason!

I have called them several times now! They did great work on a bathroom remodel and most recently adding a gas line and bq/fire pit . It's always refreshing to see a craftsman so passionate about the work they do! Jay came in and explained the correct way to do the job and offered great tips from his past experiences that made my projects better than I had originally planned them. They are my go to for any project now and I recommend them whenever asked "If I know a Guy"?

This company is top notch! Jay the owner always responds quickly. When it's an emergency they're there to take care of you. Good quality work. Jimbo, Chris, and PQ are always so efficient and take the time to explain and never hesitate with any Questions. Not to mention they are veteran owned company! Great service all around!

I was looking into getting a water softener. I contacted them and the owner took the time to talk me through all the options available. I decided to get a Nuvo which, for me, has the perks of a softener without the downsides.

They also were able to let me know of additional issues they found with my current plumbing. I am beyond grateful for all the work they have done for me. I will use them for all my plumbing, has, and A/C needs.

Patrick came out to repair my main line for me, mine was old and rusted and needed quick attention. Cooling & Plumbing Co were able to get to me within the same week and repaired in a day, maybe just a couple hours he was there. They will be my go to for any future services and repair! Spoke with owner, Jay about an issue with a cracked pipe. He was quick with his response time and quickly diagnosed the situation after explaining what was going on. I spoke to the urgency of having to turn off the water main and he assured me someone would be out in a few hours. The tech arrived and showed me exactly what was going to be done. The experience was top notch and I’d refer this company to my friends and will be using them again.

Jay Monday and his employees were AWESOME. They responded right away to our problem. We had a leak and plumbing back up in our front yard. We had no home warranty and the insurance would not cover the issue.We had a few quotes done from a few companies. The Cooling & Plumbing Co. beat all of their prices . One of them by more than half of the quote given. They were quick to respond , friendly and efficient. We were more than pleased with a job well done.
