I'm a local General Contractor and I saw these guys on a job last week. I was immediately impressed with how professional, neat and clean they were. Then I found out the Owner, Jay is an ARMY vet. Jay and Chris, one of his plumbing techs came to my house to install a new water faucet and talk about working together soon. Before they left I had a new water filtration system installed and I'm having them install a new TANKLESS Hot Water heater and reverse osmosis system next week.

Had issues with the water heater and needed an upgrade so we went with the tankless water heater, and added the Cascadian water softener system . Unfortunely the existing water heater gave the guys a run for their money as it was quite outdated, but they handled it wonderfully. They were professional, kind and hard working. I highly recommend The Cooling&Plumbing Co to friends and family, and will continue to do so.

I've known Jay for a very long time and I've always been able to rely on his services. He's honest, dependable, and does a great job. He's not only helped me in random situations but he's also helped many friends and family who I've referred him to. I've yet to have anyone say he or she were dis-satisfied with his services; everyone loves him and the great job he does!
Recently, I had the pleasure of using Jay's 24 hour service. I came home at 12:30 am on a Sunday to a leaking hot water heater! I called Jay and he immediately came over to evaluate and he suggested we shut the water off to the heater to be safe (pretty much so my garage, tools and car weren't going to get flooded). The very next day he was over to install a new (and beautiful) hot water heater. He even included little insulators for the pipes to the walls!
I've always been so pleased with his services so much so that I've scheduled him to come back in a few weeks to do a check-up on my AC unit to make sure it's good for the winter, replace my garbage disposal, replace the fixtures in the bathrooms, and re-pipe the fire pit! It's nice to have someone you can trust who is honest and reliable, even at all hours of the day (or. in some cases, night).

Awesome work by this company. They came out the same day for an easy leaky valve. Turned out to be more than that. Fortunately, they had everything in their work van and were able to finish all on the same day. The price was expected for all the work they ended up doing, so it was definitely worth it. If you want an honest company, give them a call.

I met Jay Monday 5 years ago. He was my neighbor and of course 1 day after I got home late from work I realized I had a water emergency and the owner wasn't able to get anyone out for at least a day so I asked Jay if he could help me and he rushed over. All the neighbors around us have had him help them with all their projects so I was happy knowing I could trust his quality and pricing. A quick fix and the water was back on. No trip charge, no after hour charges and he even gave me a military discount! Since then he's fixed my AC and several plumbing issues for me at my new place. He's also taken over the maintenance at my office. My boss loves his pricing and anytime we call him, he's out super quick. He's done work now for several of our customers and all of my family members. The guy is great and really knows his stuff! He's also full of great ideas so wen I get enough said up for my remodel I'm stealing several of Jay's ideas and he'll be doing everything I can get him to do. Thanks Jay!

We contacted The cooling and Plumbing Company to come out and give us a bid on putting a gas line in our house to the fireplace and to the kitchen so we could have a gas stove top. The next day Jay Monday came to our home and gave us an estimate that same evening . He said he would be able to start the work in a week. Two workman came at 8:30am that morning. They worked till 7:30 pm running the line from the garage into the house to the fireplace and then to the kitchen stove. It was perfect and everything was neat and clean. We've never had such a good working crew in our home. They were all so reliable and responsible.. My wife and I would highly recommend there service. We definitely give them 5 stars for their work and performance.

The Cooling and Plumbing Co really “saved the day” for me! I was in the
midst of having a landscaping project done when it was discovered there was an issue with a water line that had been rerouted years ago, but done improperly, not to code, and would have to be dealt with before moving forward with landscaping. Time was of essence because of approval from my HOA for the project. The landscaper recommended TCPC so I communicated with Jay that same day, which was a Friday. We problem solved together on the phone for the complications of what would needed, with Jay coming up with good solutions, and before the end of the day we had a workable plan and price quote.
Monday morning the trenching tech did that step of the prep work. By Tuesday afternoon Steve and Chris were on the job to do the actual replacement of the water line, this being 2 days sooner than Jay originally thought he could schedule. The crew was professional in every way, polite, willing to answer any question, diligent, knowledgeable and thorough with their work. Because of their earnestness they stayed into the evening until the job was done. There was still a bit of problem solving to be done, so Steve returned on Thursday for that final step.
Now I have confidence that my water line is done properly, and can move forward with the landscaping project!
I highly recommend TCPC and will work them again! It is obvious that to be part of their company you must be a gentleman as well as a knowledgeable tradesman. Thank you Jay, Casear, Steve and Chris for such a great job and helping me to deal with this very frustrating situation. 👍

We recently had an amazing experience with Cooling and Plumbing Co. Jay was very responsive and got a team out to our home quickly. Chris and Jimbo trenched and installed our natural gas line in our backyard and hooked up our pool heater. They worked fast, efficient and were pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend Cooling and Plumbing Co to our friends and family and will hire them for future jobs.

This company is awesome. First time ever having a good experience with a plumber. Very honest, very reasonable priced for great quality work. Our plumber’s name was Jimbo and was awesome explained everything in detail and didn’t try to work slow to charge for extra time totally appreciate that. The owner Jay is super nice and very attentive. Thank you guys for everything we will definitely use you again if needed.

Chris and Cory installed my water softener. They were very professional & gladly cleaned up my DIY mess as well. They made sure everything was to my satisfaction and answered any questions before leaving. Jay is very responsive with setting up & coordinating the job.
