Jay is the best at what he does and his service is the best I've seen. I as a real estate agent have dealt with many companies and none have compared to what Jay does. My mother's air conditioning was actually sabotaged to say the least by another company and they wanted to charge over $4000.00 for just a new compressor. Jay came in and within two days installed a brand new energy efficient unit much better than she had for have the cost. He clearly cares about his customers and his response and service clearly shows it. I will recommend Jay and The Cooling & Plumbing Co to everyone I know because I know that they will always be taken care of plain and simple. There is nobody out there that even compares. Call them if you need these services and rest assured you will be 100% satisfied!

Great! Confirmed ahead of time, called the day of with their ETA. Showed up on time and did an outstanding job. They moved my waterline from my fridge to a new location. They were careful with opening the wall, cleaning up neatly afterwards. The price was reasonable. These are my go to plumbers from now on!! Jimbo and Chris were friendly and confirmed work and estimate. Hiring this company was a great decision I highly recommend!!

I have been using Jay and his company for the last 3yrs on my rental properties and my personal home. He has fixed and/or replace a/c systems, plumbing and gas systems. His prices are very reasonable and more importantly it's worth the price. He knows what he is doing and he has a passion for what he does. His work is of have the highest quality. I could honestly say I would never trust anybody else to work on my houses.

WOW!!! My air conditioning quit working and I called Jay to have it repaired. When Jay came out he looked at the system and gave me a price to repair and then took a look at my heat pump and advised that it would probably be cheaper in the long run to replace the heat pump and a/c unit. He had the whole thing ordered and replaced in 2 days. Very efficient and non intrusive. I appreciated the quick work so much that 2 days later I inquired about a soft water system. 3 days later I had one installed. I will use these guys for all my cooling and plumbing needs.

I Purchased a gas stove from Spencer’s and thought there was a gas line behind the old stove. Spencer’s came out and told me they could install the stove and to call these guys. They were quick, the owner really knows what he's doing! He asked a few questions and was able to quote me over the phone. When his technicians showed up they confirmed the pricing so we had them get it done. They were able to get the gas line done in just a couple hours and we were able to get the stove in by the end of the day!! They were clean, they were extremely professional and we are going to have them do a lot more work for us. I will recommend them to everyone.

Jay has been an amazing person, he installed a gas line to my house, and when my a.c. unit broke, he went above and beyond when my insurance company wouldn't cover the cost of my old unit when I just barely moved in. I will always refer him to anyone that needs services. His staff is professional and friendly, and he will be my person of choice. Thank you for everything Jay!

Jay and his team have installed a new AC, new toilets, new Wifi thermostats and a new hybrid water heater over the past 3 years in our home. I highly recommend Jay Monday and and his company for all your plumbing and cooling needs. I recently had to call him as one of our AC's stopped working (startup cap) and he was out to our house within a couple hours taking care of the issue. Great customer service!

I couldn't be any happier with Jay and his service. Called him after 5 to try and get my AC working because we were having an open house first thing in the morning. He gladly came out and quickly fixed my AC. Gave me a couple tips on making it energy efficient and quieter!
