Keith arrived on time. The installation was well done and in a timely manner. Keith was very professional, and easy to work with. We will be using PlumbSmart Plumbing and Heating again in the future.

Our AC unit was 23 + years old. Finding parts was impossible. Of course, the cost of R22 freon was outrageous. Received three quotes - PlumbSmart was the lowest by $2500 minimum, AND they added two up vents. Did I say the company was recommended by the manufacturer? Professional, respectful, and they believe in karma. Thank you for replacing my unit.

Had my remi Halo bulb replaced today. Excellent service and they always give good information. I also would recommend the remi Halo to anyone that has Plumbsmart over. Quality air cleaning system!!

I used to use this company a lot, but lately they have gotten expensive claiming repairs that don't need to be done. Recently they told me I needed to have the walls torn down in two bathrooms to fix a leak and I would need to file a homeowners claim. They then charged me $290 to cut a hole in the wall to inspect. I got another guy out there and he said I just needed to calk the shower knob so water doesn't leak behind the wall. Needless to say I am not going with this company anymore.

Got 4 different estimates from Phoenix AC companies. 15k for new unit "beyond repair", 9k "unit can't be saved", 7k "unit needs replacing"! These guys sent someone out, diagnosed unit, repaired it for $500 bucks in 1 hour! Unit blows ice cold as it was new! Don't get ripped off by dishonest people! Highly recommend, professional, fair and HONEST!!!
