Ramiro Roman was the tech that came to our condo to address our air con unit not cooling our unit. Ramiro was professional in every aspect. He kept us updated throughout the process. He explained our options and next steps that would be recommended. The repair was completed in under 4 hours and we were back up and running. The close out and payment process was all done with Ramiro right on site which was impressive. We’d recommend Plumb Smart enthusiastically.

Travis and Julian were very professional,knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. They showed up on time. They installed a complete A/C system and removed the old one in just one day. My wife and I called a larger HVAC company, who shall remain nameless in this review. The tech was here for less than 30 minutes, charged us $300 for Freon, and left. A day later our AC was not blowing any cool air and seemed to have gotten worse after the larger company came. I found PlumbSmart and gave them a call at 3:30am. They were able to come out the very same day. Jeff was professional, kind, and caring. He has solid HVAC knowledge, and I’ve never felt more comfortable with any other company. He took the time to explain the ins and outs of my AC unit and show me how to properly maintain it. He also measured our unit and quoted us for the future when we will need to eventually replace our unit. He never tried to upsell us or force us into spending thousands. This is the only company I would recommend to my friends and family. Thank you to this company for not only resolving our issue but managing to fit us in same day during a dangerous heat wave.

We had an outdoor faucet that was leaking into the house that turned out to be a leak under the concrete slab. Matt and Chase diagnosed the problem, detected where the leak was, and capped the offending water line. Matt and Brian arrived on time the next day and rerouted a new line to the outdoor faucet. Our hot water heater was on the brink, so they replaced that too, and installed a soft water system all in a matter of four hours. Unbelievable! They explained everything they did step-by-step, and did it all at a price way below their competition. Competence, skill and professionalism is what you get with these guys. Bravo! PlumbSmart. (Oh, did I mention they fixed a leaky bathtub cartridge for free?) incredible experience I would recommend them to anyone.

The technician Derrick was personable and friendly. He knew his craft and explained the how's and why's to us. He wasn't pushy or trying to upsale us on things we didn't need. He even got us a couple discounts. This was our first experience with PlumbSmart

Absolutely fabulous! They did a check up on my Hvac system, gave an honest down to earth estimate of what was going on with the system, without pushing a replacement. After the honest job that they did, we decided to have the system replaced by them and we could not be happier. We got a great price with professional polite workers and incredible customer service. Even when they hit a snag, or were met with something unanticipated, they told me what was going on every step of the way, I was never left wondering what was going on or what was happening. After they left, you couldn’t even tell that they’d been there. They cleaned up after themselves, vacuumed the inside of my house where things have been replaced, cleaned up every scrap of trash from the yard that they left and left no evidence that anybody had been there at all other than a brand new air conditioner that works phenomenally.

I will never use another company again, they’ve earned a customer for life.

I was very impressed by Francisco. He went through every detail of the problem with me, explained what was required in order to repair the leak which was affecting my downstairs neighbor's unit.
