PlumbSmart Plumbing Heating and Air

We contacted PlumbSmart to have an estimate for a repair/replacement of our HVAC system. Their response was fast and arrived the next day. We chose them over their competitors because they could perform the work quickly and the cost was better than the rest. We encountered one small issue with the furnace replacement due to a wiring code issue but the company caught the issue during the pre-installation and was quickly resolved. Trent and the installation team were very efficient, professional and left our home as clean as it was beforehand. They're very deserving of their 5 star customer service and stand behind it.

Michael was 30 mins early, which was fine. He was knowledgeable and able to take care of all my part replacement on the spot. I have an old system that needs to last another season or two. He gave me 3 different options from most likely to fail. Not pushy, very friendly.

Darrel was the plumber assigned to my job and he did great work. You could tell he was very experienced . He installed a new faucet set in my bathroom and also changed out the builder grade lines to both bathroom sinks. He also changed out a faucet bib on my patio. I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely call for future jobs

I was impressed with the attention to detail, and the service provided was very good. The young man who did the work clearly knew what he was doing and was very nice and personable. I would definitely recommend this company.

My water heater failed on a Sunday and they were out the next day. By the end of the day the water heater was in, and they had referred me to a restoration company. So far so good. I will update when the work is completed, but so far, things have gone as well as I could have hoped. Highly recommend.

I am so grateful they were able to come so fast and fix our pumbing leak so we could turn the water back on. They were very nice and quick and professional. Glad I chose them. They were recommended by someone else they did work for.

My shower was backing up into my other shower. I called a company out to take a look at the problem. Very nice and professional. At the end of their visit, I was quoted a price of $15,000 to fix the issue. Replacing pipes, digging up my bathroom and cutting a hole in my wall.
Of course, I was going to get a second opinion.
A friend of mine used PlumbSmart a while ago and suggested I call them.
Jeremy was the technician who came out. Was on time, professional and took a look at what was going on. He spent over and hour snaking the pipes ( which the other company refused to do) He ended up clearing the clog and getting everything working again. He suggested I do a deep clean of the pipes, which I did. The entire job cost me $2,600. The job is guaranteed for 6 months. If something goes wrong, they’ll come back out for free. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. They are honest, trustworthy and explained everything to me. These guys saved me from a great financial burden and gave me my house back.

Techs came out to give me a quote and they explained everything that would be done. Everyone from start to finish was professional and on time. I feel like the techs that installed my system were knowledgeable and like what they do. I’m happy so far with my new system, thank you.

First off called at 5:30am and they answered my call listened to what I needed and they executed flawlessly. Service was on time and done extremely well. Explained everything to my wife and get it repaired and up and running. Terrific customer service will continue to use for all my heating and AC as well as plumbing needs.
