It was nice to have a plumber come to the house that didn’t pressure you. No up sales, just a conversation about how to resolve issue. Took the time to explain problem and worked to resolve it. In the end he was able to repair shower valve saving us hundreds. Great Company.

Receptionist who scheduled the appointment was very nice and professional. The plumber Chase was incredibly helpful and patient with all the small projects we needed done. Quality of work is excellent and prices are fair. We'll definitely be a repeat customer!!!!!

We've used PlumbSmart multiple times for everything from a leaky sink to plumbing fixture installs and clogged pipes to hvac service. Charles proved himself on the very first visit and since then we have asked for and been fortunate to have him as our service tech each time we've had an issue. Company had given me a quote on another job I wanted done on my a/c. Called them a week later to do the work. Technician Thomas showed up again and finished the job in less than 30 minutes for 1/3 the estimate from another contractor. Outstanding company and will continue to have them handle my plumbing and hvac requirements.

I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours of my call for an outside faucet that would not shut off and had a constant stream of water. Chase arrived a little ahead of time, assessed the problem and promptly replaced the old faucet. The new faucet is working fine.

They came same day i called. Awesome service. Explained the issue and offered various options.
I wish i would've purchased my system from them. I wouldnt be having all these repairs on a 3 yr old minisplit.

Great communication. Ckd with me 1st and was able to show up early. Charlie took care of the service and recommended some options, if I wanted to upgrade. Charlie was friendly and answered all of my questions. I will certainly use them again for future plumbing needs.

I had an air conditioner that was no longer blowing cold air. I called PlumbSmart and they had Dustin come over within 30 minutes to look at our situation. He was courteous and knowledgeable.
