I love that they’re prompt and always very professional — great/courteous phone reps. The downside is the cost, but it’s typical of most plumbing companies (I’ve replaced the tub valve cartridge myself for 12% of the total cost to buy the part plus 45 min of my time), but happy for them to warrant their work and get to a rental property when I’m busy.

Today I had Jeremy and Kale out to my house and am so grateful for them! Both very skilled at their craft and honest people. I last minute decided to have my water heater replaced because it was a ‘98 and Plumbsmart had Kale come out the same day later that afternoon to install a new one. He carried up 3 flights of steps and all went smoothly. I am a realtor and will continue to recommend Plumbsmart to all of our Buyers and Sellers. Thank you for everything!
