Kale came out from Plumbsmart to fix a few leaks we had in the house. He took his time, was very professional and repaired the 3 leaks we had quickly. He answered all my questions I had and was easy to chat with. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing service! Thanks to Plumbsmart for sending him out and resolving our issues

We had a leaky hose spigot in the front yard and an old spigot in the back yard which was not leaking but since it was old, we asked him to replace it as well as he was already there. He fixed the leak in the front and replaced the spigot and a main valve. The front was great. In the back, he replaced a piece of PVC and the spigot. The total was approximately $790, which was surprisingly high in our opinion but whatever. Immediately after he left, the new back spigot, which was not leaking before, was now leaking A LOT. We called the next morning and he came out and told us that another valve broken and that he would fix it for an ADDITIONAL FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS. Again, the leak was NOT there prior to his working on the hose bib and spigot. The work he did was overpriced, to begin with but not standing behind the work they did and trying to charge us $500 MORE to fix a problem that HE caused was very disappointing and unprofessional. I would steer clear of this company!

Charles was most thorough, answering our volley of questions. All that, after getting our water heater functioning, was very helpful in deciding our next move. Thank you so much for your prompt service and we look forward to the ability to rely on Plumbsmart in the future.

AC unit went out in the garage. Plumb Smart had the best price and great reviews so I went with them. They installed the unit the next day and Mike and his helper did a fantastic job. Answered all my questions and gave me a tutorial on the thermostat when he was all done. Cleaned up too.

The refrigerator water valve broke at the wall and the main water had to be shut off. It was a holiday weekend Sunday and they showed up within 2 hours and had it repaired quickly. The plumber was an awesome guy and the work was great!

Pipes replaced for washer in the wall. Pipes replaced outside for all shut off valves, and ect... They were quick to so up to our home. Very professional and kind. I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely use this company in the future!!! PlumbSmart is the best!

Contacted Plumbsmart yesterday, scheduled for this morning. Here on time advised what I needed regarding toilet. He replaced toilet and addressed additional issue found while replacing toilet. All completed same day in a timely manner and tidy work.

There was an outside leak that had been connected to a sprinkling system. Over the years due to the heat the system no longer worked and consequently the leak became a problem. Michael from PlumbSmart evaluated the situation and I followed his recommendation. It was fantastic to get the problem solved quickly and professionally.
